I just wanted to say Alex was excellent in framing. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and pointed me right to the perfect size frames for my photos. Ava our cashier was a joy pleasant and smiling. Just wanted to drop a note and say Thanks for being outstanding people.

Ultimately I found what I needed. When I went in I found the space where the item I was looking for should have been. Asked an employee if they could verify if they had anymore and was told if it's not there they are out. I kept looking and found what I needed was put in the wrong location. If they had actually checked store inventory they would have seen they had at least 6 of them somewhere and actually helped locate the item.

Literally the SLOWEST customer service and all the workers dodge you… I had to call from my phone to get assistance. Ridiculous. Pretty sure it’s a requirement to have no motivation to work here. Never again!
