Bought a OP09 booster box off them on the shop app spent $130+ship for it for it to arrive and as soon as I saw 1 pack I noticed something was off. I’ve opened the same booster boxes from local shops and all were fine. This one each pack had extra room and looked resealed not 1 decent pull out of the box Don’t waste your time or money with them as you’re getting scammed

I went in with over $250.00 cards to sell to them and was offered 80.00 dollars. I kindly took my cards back, and I caught 3 of the four workers trying to size me up and intimidate me. I do not recommend Mystic TCG. I will go to any other trading game store then this one. Such as Yeti Gaming, Fortuna Games, or Bodach’s.

My parents and I just left the store after being treated like absolute garbage at the store. Just had two people working there completely ignore whatever we were saying and saying stuff like “the cards you are looking for are too cheap we only sell cards $10 and above” insinuating we cannot afford ‘expensive’ cards. We were first ‘served’ by a tall tattooed and bearded man that continued harping on about only selling expensive cards, refusing to see the list of cards we wanted to buy, we asked if they had booster boxes or packs of the latest pokemon set and once again he said he didn’t know, and then he turned around to give us his back only to have a kid act the same way. The kid was exactly the same, he refused to check if they had any kind of variation of the cards we were looking for regardless of price and told us that if we wanted ‘cheap’ cards we can go and look online for them. The store was empty, we were the only people there only to get profiled as if we can’t afford $15 cards either because of what we were wearing or because we were speaking Spanish when we entered. Do not shop here.

I pre-ordered some One Piece Starter Decks from this store and when they arrived they were severely damaged. I immediately emailed them to inform them and ask if I could return them and it has now been over 2 entire weeks with no response from this business. The Return policy on their website clearly states that sealed product that comes damaged may be returned. I provided photos of both starter decks still sealed, however, extremely damaged in my original email as well. I would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this business in the future. Extremely disappointing experience. I would recommend ordering elsewhere.

Friendly staff and atmosphere. If you're looking for magic the gathering, try somewhere else. I was recommended to go to Wizards Wagon for MTG.

Cool store, great selection, professional and courteous staff. I picked up a box of One Piece OP05 and OP06 on the advice of my daughter. I jokingly had the resident player touch both boxes for luck and it must have worked because I pulled a Vinsmoke Reiju alt-art leader #042. I pulled several other very nice alt-arts, SEC's etc from both boxes. Overall very satisfied with my experience there and my later experience at home ripping packs.

Rex up at Mystic pays better for cards than anyone. I'd highly recommend selling to MysticTCG locally or online if you can.
