This place is the worst. The kids that work here make it very obvious they don’t care about their work, their appearance, or their service. Disgusting place and disgusting pizza. Half of the pizza didn’t have sauce or cheese. It’s like they’re trying to make people never order here again. Well, congrats, mission accomplished. Don’t see how this place is keeping afloat.

Every time I have ordered from here for delivery they have messed up my order and then told me I have to come back and get a replacement.

My wife ordered a pizza for us last night, a large 3 topping.Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the amount of toppings that were on the pizza. Some slices had maybe a topping on each piece.I should've taken a picture. But you'll have to take my word for it. ☹️??

Pizza was an hour late and destroyed. Pizza hut would only offer a partial credit or 40 minute wait for new food.

My husband loves Pizza Hut, I'm okay with it. But for both of us the pizza was the best we've had in a while. It was the barbeque chicken with onions, green peppers and sausage on half. It was hot when it was delivered and just a fantastic taste. The crust was original and was just as good as the pizza!

I arrived. No one at register. I spotted an employee and called out. I was told to wait a minute as she was about to make someone else's pizza first. When my pizza was set on the counter I opened it and saw only 6 pieces of chicken. I had paid for extra chicken, extra bacon and extra pork. I was told ALL the extra toppings were probably just melted into the cheese. AS I ATE THE PIZZA I FOUND THE MELTED IN CONCEPT WAS NOT CORRECT.

I provided contracting services to this location. I have been trying to get a hold. Of the manager Sam Perkins for 12 days now. He has not let me know if the job is done, if additional work is needed, or if he needs time. I will remove this review immediately upon resolution.

I have been waiting over an hour half for a delivery, and they say that have to reach out to door dash before they will do anything. Still waiting on a call back. I will never order from them again.

We ordered our pizza online and it estimated delivery in 20-30min. After waiting an hour and a half, I called them and I was told it would be at least 30min more, no apology (not even apologetic), he talked as if he was doing me the favor and I was crazy for even thinking a pizza could be delivered in 30min (on a Thursday evening). When pizza finally arrived it was cold. I'll never order from this Pizza Hut again.

I ordered 2 pizzas, a pepperoni and a meat lovers. Got home and after the kids dug into one pizza and I looked at the other pizza realized it was missing half the toppings. Usually I get a few pepperoni's on each slice and usually there's no cheese to be seen on the meat lovers. I guess they are really holding toppings back on the pizzas these days.I should have checked it there. I did get credit for one pizza, so that's a plus.

Usually great efficient service. Today driver didn't give me 30 seconds to get to door before leaving on ground! (Not happy) Then they failed to cut the pizza; that's a first, Geeezzz. Rushing I guess resulted in extra heavy salty garlic shake on one side of Edge pizza. Note usually this location does better. Today not so much.

Love this Pizza Hut at Four Seasons in Chesterfield! They are quick and consistently Great pizza, we are always able to rely on this Pizza Hut to make Friday Pizza Night AMAZING!!!
