Buyer beware. Sleep Number will sell defective beds at a discount. Mattress has tendency to slip down from top to bottom. After several visits they tried to sell solution and want $250.00 to send installers and $50.00 for part to correct the problem. If anyone wants a queen size bed for huge discount leave me a msg here.In fact I do understand the warranty. When I originally contacted the 800 number a crew was sent out. They re arranged the mattress to no effect. I was told that the sheet strap should br fixed under the base. Until recently I was not advised of a metal bar that can be "purchased " to hold the mattressin place. The problem is an obvious design flaw and the mattress should be subject to recall and at least repaired at no cost. These mattresses are not cheap and should be fixed by the manufacturer at no cost. I have no desire to pay for obvious design flaws of the manufacturer. The statement from "the owner" below is completely unacceptable.

Extremely friendly knowledgeable people who helped me upgrade my 13 year old Sleep Number Bed to a beautiful Climate 360 smart bed. I’ve never had such amazing sleep! Thank you Courtney :)

Not only was the older sales lady very pushy towards the most expensive bed in the store (which I was not interested in and made that clear) but she was also rude. I definitely would not recommend wasting your time at this store. For such an important purchase, go somewhere that customers' opinions are heard not just the priciest bed pushed. I'm much happier with my Mattress Direct purchase instead.

We will always lay our heads on a Sleep Number bed! We currently are on our second Sleep Number bed. The customer service has always been a great experience. Kim the Chesterfield store manager sent a courtesy text so we wouldn't miss out on some award points we had earned. My wife and I proceeded to use our points on items we were that compliments our current Sleep Number bed. Thank You Kim!

The professional that helped us at the Sleep Number Store in Chesterfield, MO was Kimberly. She knew absolutely everything there was to know about the 360 degree Sleep Number system. She set our sleep numbers and explained everything to us. Kim thank you for making our purchase a pleasant experience.

Great bed while it worked. Owned it less than a year. Pump has gone out - tubes need to be replaced. Customer service was good but they can not tell me when the replacement pump will be sent out. Maybe a month or two she said. No pump - no technician. Warranty covers 60% of the pump cost. We’ll just be sleeping on a deflated mattress for the time being.

The sleep number bed with a warranty? Stopped working. It deflated and after calling customer service was told they were sending a replacement pump on June 6, it will be here in 4 days. It has been 6 weeks since and they keep saying it’s on order. In the meanwhile we are without a mattress sleeping in the guest bedroom. Buyer beware, stay away from this company. $3000 will buy you a miserable after sales support. When I call customer service, they give me a run around with wasted efforts on my part. Don’t be taken in by those fancy Ads!

Mark G was amazing! He welcomed me into the store and invited me to lay down on the C2. Was in my budget after laying on my Grandmother’s 70+ year old mattress. I bought the C2 and they take away the old mattress.

AVOID! Spent 3k on a bed just over a year ago. Salesman lied thru there teeth. One side of Beth completely sunken in with air leaking out. Called service line and they said $385 to come fix it and for “parts”. Parts…it’s plastic tubes and air. This is the BIGGEST SCAM. I will be posting every day. Don’t waste your money. These beds are cheap. Huge huge rip offs.
