Went to return a piece of equipment. I know the protocol is to sign in when you enter the store. 3 guys were there and no customers, I walked past the kiosk and was stopped by a 4th guy and asked to sign in. Why, what for... nobody in the store. So I did, and then the guy walked me to another guy and said he'll help you.Really! I guess this is why the cable bill is so high, got to pay all these people to be standing around doing nothing but making sure you signed in. It was 3pm during the week.

Spectrum is absolutely ridiculous. You can't even call a store to find out if they have anything in stock. You have to actually drive to the store to find out. Who thought this was a good idea, because they should be immediately fired. I'm about to cancel my service with them since they are so difficult to deal with. I strongly recommend going with a different provider.

Customers should receive at least thoughtful and courteous service. Sadly, this was not my experience at this store when returning a router. Instead I received “attitude” by a sullen, aloof, and barely communicative Spectrum employee. Customer service personnel should remember that they wouldn’t have a job without customers - and perform their jobs accordingly.

10 people waiting and only 2 people working, it’s crazy how much money company makes and they can’t hire more employees. Also employees taking at least 20 minutes for each costumer because they are not time efficient and now there are more people coming in and 11 of us waiting by end of me typing this review and guess what, one of the two employee decided to just go on break lol welcome to the best service.

This store is a joke. They opened 20 minutes ago and although there are three people “working” here, ONE customer has been helped while there is a checked-in list of 9 people waiting. If you’re simply trying to return equipment, DO NOT COME HERE. Go to a UPS store. The folks working here are lazy, rude and apparently quite stupid.

Mike did a great job switching out our new phones and offering all the newest product spectrum offers that would fit our lifestyle. Fast friendly service. I would strongly suggest this location.

I was returning equipment to this store. I have no issues with the employees at this store as the seemed to be very kind and helpful. My issue was that there were only 2 people helping customers and one employee that looked t to be the Manager He seemed to be there to help the 2 employees when needed but never helped any customers. I signed in after this couple signed in and when they got called up and finished I assumed that I would be next as I was next on the list...nope guy called someone else. I had a meltdown because I had been waiting for 45 minutes at this point with my 85yo mother in .the car waiting on me (her account). The problem is there isnt enough employees there. I got there 10 after they opened and there was already a line and when it was to where I thought I would be next in line there were another dozen people behind me. I think by having a few more employees and some organization would be appreciated by every spectrum customer out there. Like 2 employees to fix services customers already have, 2 employees to help new customers and one employee for returns which takes maybe 3 minutes.Between the wait, the continuously more expensive bills and channels being taken out, I have no desire to ever use spectrum again.

I went to this location so that I could talk with a representative face to face. I find it easier to communicate my issues in person.I was very satisfied with the assistance that I received from Mike Bouvatte. He was patient and knowledgeable. I left the store with both of my issues resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Fletcher was a fantastic customer service representative. He explained all my options for a fairly complex problem regarding my current phone and internet services. Ended up with better, cheaper and faster internet (Spectrum) and a new phone! Thanks!

Racist employees, no manager on site, when asked for contact info for management they will give you a card with a fake email address. Find a better location. Most unprofessional place I've ever been. A few years ago there was a great staff. Now it is absolutely terrible.

The employee named Fletcher is the definition of outstanding customer service - as well as his colleague (too bad I don't remember his name). I was about to switch to a different mobile service company if Fletcher wouldn't help me. He completed my request in 5 minutes, but the nearby Spectrum store was so rude, not caring and made me lose so much time. Thank you! :-)
