Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. My hairdresser had the guard fall off and when I asked about it she said “no I didn’t get you”, which was clearly a lie. She did not show me the back of my head when finished like stylists always do. She kept covering up her mistake, which is unacceptable. My line in the back is crooked and she didn’t give me a squared or rounded edge as you can see by the arrow. It also looks like she shaved a low spot in the other circled part too. Will be calling back up there tomorrow to get my money back.

First time going to Sport Clips.. Erika gave me the works, haircut, beard trim, washed my hair after my cut (while in the massage chair), put a hot towel on my face, fixed my hair, put some beard oil in etc.. She had an amazing personality! We talked, joked and laughed the whole time. Overall, a great first impression for me. If I lived here and not in Arkansas, I’d definitely come here every time… Thanks for the great experience and excellent haircut Erika!!! 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!

You are just a number, no personalization whatsoever, and a price of a boutique haircut.. barber distracted with her colleagues chatting away... did not ask for feedback during or after my son's haircut... will not ever go back

My son who is 16 went in his own to get a haircut. Which is about $27. He called me to tell me the bill was approx $80! He had no receipt to show me. He apparently was sold a bottle of leave in conditioner for $44. I called the store to ask them why this occurred and unethical to oust a product that expensive on a teenager. The stylist on the phone (whose name I unfortunately did not get) was very rude. She just said he could have said no to the hair product purchase. I told her that practice of selling him that product was ridiculous as he is a teenager. There was no apology, no offer for refund or return! NEVER GOING BACK!

Checked in online and was given an arrival time of 230. Walk in and sign in at 220. One stylist just finishing up one customer, mom and two kids sitting down. I guess mom only signed up one kid for a haircut and asked if the other one could squeeze in too, but waited till kid #1 was called up rather than mentioning when she walked in. They obliged and I left 30 minutes after my arrival time with both kids still sitting in the chairs with 2 stylists and one other employee milling about.Someone could have at least asked if I was in a hurry or minded getting jumped. I had some place to be at 330 and had I known I would have made an appointment or signed in elsewhere. It's pretty inconsiderate to waste nearly an hour of my time without so much as a word to me about it.
