I came here to get a storage unit after the death of my father. I was frazzled and emotional. I was immediately struck by the kindness and professionalism of the property manager. Nicole is fantastic! She definitely takes pride in her work and it shows all over the storage facility. From the immaculate sweet smelling front office to the corners of every storage unit. This property is maintained beautifully. Nicole took us to tour several units to make sure we were happy with the size and accessibility. Lots of choices that are temperature controlled and a huge variety of sizes. They even offer use of a box truck for free for one day with the rental of a new unit. Having my new storage unit so close to home has been absolutely key in this move.

Nice clean units, very convienient for what I needed. Security is tight and you have access to a dumpster as well.
The BEST thing about this business is Nicole. She is awesome to work with and makes the whole process enjoyable!!

I had an amazing experience at Storage Masters - Chesterfield as just movingto Missouri! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. NICOLE was an absolute gem—patient, kind, caring, and truly a breath of fresh air. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the entire process stress-free.
The facility itself is secure, and has a great vibe overall. They also offer fantastic specials and deals, making their pricing more than fair for the value you receive. It’s rare to find both excellent service and great rates in one place.
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a smooth, positive, and welcoming storage experience!

Although I don't enjoy physically going to my storage area (who does?), the company is solid, their processes are secure, and they recently got someone on the team (Nicole) who was incredibly helpful when my credit card expired and I needed to create an online thingy to set up autopay. She was friendly, clear, and kind, and walked me through exactly what I needed. My unit is consistently well kept, air conditioned, and secure. Five stars.

Are you comparing storage units? I have had experience with Storage Masters Chesterfield for 10 years and Public Storage Ellisville for 2 years. The difference is striking on all levels: price, security and customer service.
PRICE: Storage Masters (SM) has predictable pricing; Public Storage (PS) raised my rental price three times in less than two years, more than doubling my monthly rent.
SECURITY: SM has daily, on-site maintenance that handles any concerns quickly and on the spot. PS outsources maintenance, subject to availability.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: SM offers person to person phone assistance; PS uses a multi-step, automated voice system. SM has carts available at all times; PS makes carts available ONLY during office hours, requiring a driver’s license as collateral.
SM is a family-owned business that treats its renters like family. In addition to offering coffee, water and snacks, Nichole, the office manager, took the time to ensure the best storage match for my property, a smooth transition and a seamless experience. She truly went above and beyond to meet my highest expectations.
For these reasons, I terminated my rental with Public Storage on 10/31/24 and rented a second unit with Storage Masters Chesterfield. My property is important to me, and I know it is in hands that I can trust. When the company owner answers your call on a Saturday, you know you are a valued customer.

Nicole is an absolutely amazing employee. She was extremely helpful and accommodating when exploring the storage options to fit my needs, and took the time not only to show me the unit sizes that I was exploring but also alternative options around that size that might work better for my storage. She took the time to recommend supplies that might be helpful for my moving needs and helped make the entire experience stress free. This location feels very safe and secure, and is conveniently located off the highway and across the street from the police station. I recommend this location for your short and long term storage needs.

Nicole was so patient with me while I made the decision of what size and location of the unit I wanted. She showed me a few units so I could make the right decision. She explained the contract thoroughly and answered all of my question's. I felt very safe when she explained all of the security so I knew my belongings were safe with Nicole here.
