Awful customer service. Ordered 2 things, never said I wanted a meal and charged me for it, also I questioned why it was $14 I only got two things (I looked up the price on the menu) and the guy rudely said “because you got the meal”. As I drove off I looked at the receipt and they gave me an extra taco and charged me for it that I didn’t order.

Ordered food, 15 minutes later still didn't get it.Asked the counter employee. It appeared theymissed it. After 10 more minutes got order and it was wrong. Then I was told I ordered what they gave me. I showed the receipt. They then made it again. No one apologized.

Using the kiosks was pretty simple and straight forward. The staff handled some disgruntled customers very well and i applaud their patience. In the hour i spent here, no less than 4-5 people were very impolite, impatient and very disrespectful, but the employees still treated them with respect.

Trust me use a different location!.The employees stand around and ignore you until you leave.Dive-through has several cars waiting no customers inside so I decide to dine in. Waited 15 min for one of the employees doing nothing to take my order, ask me to hang on anything. Terrible service

Worse taco bell I have been at....ordered food at the key house pay in cash....waited 10 minutes then drive thru cashier finally tells house food isn't on the order menu because it wasn't paid for.....why don't they have a key house in the first place if still have to talk to cashier to pay and it to be made just for us to stand around ....waited 20 for ten taco's and employees were rude behind the counter

Came for breakfast at 8:05 cuz website says open at 8. The doors were open so we went in. The guy just said “we’re not open.” I told him what the website said about the open time and he just rudely said “ it’s 9.” Well, why did they leave the door unlocked then? Will never come back here again….oh and the parking and grass before the front door is covered with cigarette butts

Never give me napkins, or anything. Also stood at counter for 30 minutes just for my bag that was sitting 15ft from me. It was cold by the time I got it.

I ordered through the drive through on the night of 2/19/2024. When the employee opened the window to collect payment and give me my food, I also received an incredibly strong blast of marijuana smoke/odor. Thank goodness the process was quick! I still had a few more hours of driving to do and couldn't have made it with a contact high.

This place is getting a 0 star rating. I ordered a certain number of crunchy tacos, but was given soft tacos. I went inside to tell them I had ordered crunchy tacos and it was such an inconvenience to them that I came in saying my order was wrong. The older gentleman behind the counter stood there and said so you want us to remake all of your tacos. I walked out because he was sitting there starting to argue with me about how much inconvenience it is to re-cook all the tacos. I don't recommend this location at all because I'm surprised that it's still in business

Tried my mobile order couple times between 8 and 8:45am. While the app processed my orders, no one was there on time to open the store and it was a hassle to cancel my mobile orders. Perhaps the restaurant should update the business hour to 9am or pause the mobile order if they can’t find a reliable employee to work for them.
