Customer service was non existent today
Guess I didn’t look like a serious customer to any of the employees. The employee that checked me out asked me if I had tried on the dress I was buying. I thought that question was a bit on the rude side, but I don’t know. I told her I had as I had tried on a total of 3

Visited this store location a few times and every time had a poor experience. Not only I was never greeted nor acknowledged, the ladies working there, specifically one of them was incredibly rude, grumpy, and seemed miserable having to sort through whatever she was doing.

I love Talbots clothes but the service in this store is terrible. They are so snobby. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and website showed they had it and they acted like it was an effort to look for it.

We walked into Calvin Klein, the alarm sensor sounded while I was carrying two large Michael Kors bags with a man's hooded puffy coat in each bag for our sons. Of course they should & wanted to scan the bag & we allowed them. But they also wanted to scan my body, my wife's body, & her purse. This was out of the question when you founded the sensor in one coat & we just walked into the store. As we still stayed, we started to shop, only I was using the dressing with employees pacing back & forth while trying on my jeans asking my wife about the fitment, as she waited near the fitting room. The employees made it VERY UNCOMFORTABLE VERY UNPLEASANT, & VERY CLEAR THEY DID NOT WANT OUR BUSINESSNOR TRUST. As we were walking with 2 pairs of jeans to check out with the employees, looks, walking pass us, looking in our hands, & then into our Michael Kors bags. Created the decision that WE WILL SPEND OUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. A place where CUSTOMERS are TREATED FAIR & EQUAL. My wife folded the jeans, placed them back into the proper arrangement & order. She spoke with the supervisor, and then we left. Thank you, Calvin Klein

My mom waited for a long time for the checkout in this store but no one served my mom, while the people behind us in line were checking out before us. And at the checkout the Chinese cashier had an extremely bad attitude, I was very disappointed with this shopping！！！！！If there is half a star I do not even want to give a star！！！
