Very upset with an online purchase with curbside pick up.
I purchased Carter baby sleepers and they gave me a different brand sleepers.
I tried to return, but they gave me a merchandise gift card instead because the purchase did not match. It was their error!
Target should have notified me and cancel the order.

poor check out No one AROUND. I LOVE Target but hate checking out because there is never anyone to check you out. Won't go there often

This Target store is pretty decent but it might be a little understaffed. I used to work at this location (worked at the checkout lanes, self checkout, service desk, and drive up), and a lot of the customers at this store can be very rude, annoying, and difficult. So I definitely do feel for the workers. They’ll certainly benefit by having more team members.

Store doesn’t put limits on tcg products like other targets and the stocker for the tcg products has a guy she msgs who follows her around and give her rides to each target taking all the product

this target participates in insider trading of pokemon cards. impossible to get any from the restock since the vendor gives directly to certain individuals.

Extremely rude staff members, just asked a basic question if they had stock on an item, and was told: "What, are you crazy? It's not the season for that! Get out of here." -- We are talking like hot chocolate in the fall. What do you mean??

I am horrified at the condition of this store. I used the restroom, it was repulsive. Maxi pad on the floor, trash was heading over, feces on one of the toilets. When I used the fitting room trash all over, an empty Starbucks cup. I approached a worker about the restroom condition. She said they clean it at night. Many of the workers were just sitting around talking to one another.
Trash on the floor in every department. Shelves not stocked in the grocery department. Clothing on the floor in piles, in major dissaray. I have been shopping at Target for decades and I have never seen a Target look this filthy. Honestly it was shocking. I will skip shopping at this location ever again. How can a Manager on duty not attend to this? I am not even exaggerating.

This place is weird. They have the nice employees stocking shelves, and the rude ones at the checkout!😆😆 The guy hardly even talked to us customers snd seemed like he was forced to work there. Never even half smiled and was not in the least bit kind. Wish I could tell you his name but he wasn’t wearing a name tag! Honestly idk what I expected because typically the workers here aren’t nice…
