Bathrooms were not clean at all. Went into the ladies restroom, and the trash can was over flowing, toilet paper all over the floor, and urine/excrement on the toilet seats. It looked like it had not been cleaned all day

Managers and staff at your store at Town & Country in Chesterfield MO need training on HOW TO SCAN GIFT CARDS. Their lack of patience with my elderly Mom and her Target Gift Card has been duly noted. 😑

The worst online buying experience I’ve ever had.

Had the worst experience of any shopping experience here today. I came in to spend some Xmas gift cards and everything was great till checkout. I always try to be kind to employees (especially during the holidays, they deal with enough) but this cashier was already in a bad mood it seemed. She charged my card twice after telling me the card didn’t go through and “removing the payment”. Well when I got to my car I had indeed been charged twice. So I went back in to ask for assistance. I hadn’t been given a receipt so of course it became a hot mess. I was treated rudely and condescendingly by management. I will continue to shop at the target on manchester

This Target has the slowest drive up service I’ve ever experienced. I waited an hour in my space for my order and watched people who arrived after me get their order before me. 10/10 don’t recommend

You all need to tell your visibly ill employees with their noses running to STAY HOME. I asked her a question, saw she was sick, saw the snot dripping out of her nose, and then she said she wasn’t supposed to touch phones that day. Now, I have COVID for CHRISTMAS. I swear to God, it will be a cold day in Hell before I walk back into your stores. Anything to make a buck.

The manager Brad was beyond un honesty and lied to my face! He requested that I waited 20 minutes to get my online pick up order I waited in my car for 39 minutes came back in to grab my item! Brad mention over the walkie that he can’t find em and it was nothing he can do . I asked the Lady manager on duty for assist she also said she can’t help! They were very rude and disgusting . He also called security due to his wrong . They’re lousy and lazy! He also tried following behind me as I was walking away I felt threatened

I got the impression that they might not have enough staff on hand. I only saw three employees, and it was very brief. The store also seemed a bit disorganized during my visit, with some areas looking like they could use a little more attention. However, I also understand that some of this mess could be due to customers who tend to be careless and rude.
Overall, while the staff could be more visible and the store could use a little tidying up, it’s still a good option for quick shopping trips. A little more attention to stocking and organization could go a long way, though!

This store has terrible check out lines and obvious terrible management. There were only 2 checkers in the lanes and the self checkout had like 20 people in line. The manager was going thru the aisles begging workers to come help check (on her microphone). No one came. What a way to run a store.

There was no one to come to assist in electronics after I used the "call" device. I stood there for 10 mins waiting for a "Team member" to show up. Never again!!

Have never had an issue with this store until I purchased a car seat today. Got home started installing it and, the safety latch wouldn’t lock. Thought that was odd, turned the seat over and there were scratches all over it. This store sold me a DEFECTIVE CAR SEAT, of all things. Not sure if this was a previously returned item, but again, they sold me a damagaed car seat.

Orders are stored in 2 different places at opposite ends of the store. IF you are unlucky, you may have to wait 10-15 extra minutes while the clerk traverses the length of the store to find your items! Imagine how long the line gets if there is only one clerk working the desk and he/she is gone to pick up an order that should be at the 'order' pickup desk and not the other end of the store.
