Says open at 10am. The doors are locked. They need to update their hours. So aggravating when I drive here from an hour away and they aren't even open when they say they are.

Multiple problems with shipping saying the item was delivered or customer picked up item and when you tell them about it they put it on the carrier which is accurate but still do nothing to solve the problem.

I came to exchange clothes as the jeans I purchased for my little one were too small. The man in the store made me very uncomfortable and he watched us the entire time. I darn near wanted to put everything back and get a refund. As a matter of fact, I just may. A place like this doesn’t deserve my hard working money. If you don’t feel comfortable with blacks shopping, you might as well put a “no blacks allowed” sign on the door.

Jove all away to them all said they open at 11 got there at noon they were still closed call them and said they were running late I won't open till 1230. For service can open your store on time and you're an hour and a 1/2 late will never return

Not sure if an ex employees vote counts, but the management at this store is awful, the employee turnover has to be record setting. Most of the employees don’t care because management is so terrible and they’re there for the paycheck. As a customer this store never has sizes out and I know the stock room is full of product that’s not even out

I will never order online from this company again!!!! I ordered my kids school clothes online, they took payment but still haven’t even shipped out my order!! My kids start school Tuesday August 13 TOMORROW!!!!!! Guess what still no response from them!! I have emailed customer service, only to get a generic response stating once orders are processed they can not issue a refund!!! When I call customer service it is either a busy signal, or a automated message stating they are experiencing a high volume of calls at this time and to try back later!! When I contacted this location one that I buy from every school year 3-4 times a year they said nothing can be done but I am more then welcome to come in and purchase outfits and return the ones that come!! I have two boys and two girls to shop clothes for I can’t afford to dump more money into clothes for their mess up!!! Also got told they started a new system so orders are backed up!! If that is the case why would you do that so close to the beginning of the school year or at the very least why not inform your customers before they check out with that information??? When I did my online order they said store pick up was unavailable as well as ship to store, so I had to ship to my house. They sent the order conformation, and said I will be notified when my order has been shipped. Still haven’t received that conformation you can’t contact anyone and now my kids don’t have clothes for school and they go back tomorrow!! NEVER EVER WILL I EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Went here in urgent circumstances looking for another department in another health system nearby. The security guard didn't know but asked the medical staff. A nurse practitioner walked with me in 20 degree weather to 3 different Barnes Jewish desks until we finally got to the right building. Those 3 different BJC desks said they could not help walk me to my location because they were too busy and it was too confusing to explain how to walk their inside, so myself (a patient in need of care) and the NP (who didn't even work for BJC, but is employed at Children's) spent the time to walk me around to ensure I got to the right place. What an angel!

Since I work at the Hospital next door, I frequent this cafeteria often. They offer Pizza Hut Personal pan pizzas which is a plus. But, they have the Best Cheesburgers , made to order with the bun toasted, and CHEESE FRIES!!! YUM...

This review is literally 15 years late. :D (Did they even have Yelp back then?) As I sit here in a San Diego ER with my Mother for the second time in a week (the 1st time for 9 hours and this time for 6.5 so far), I'm reminded of the time I took my son to SLCH ER for a broken ankle. He was triaged, x-rayed, seen by ortho, casted and discharged in 50 minutes! Yes, under and hour for all of that! I was told then that they have a rule that patients will be seen by a physician from the specialty that they need in less than 30 minutes. It took 4.5 hours for my Mom to even get medical transportation here. That's it, I'm freaking moving to St. Louis!
