About The Factory
The Factory is a new, large performance venue built from the ground up for live music in St. Louis. It is a great venue with a flexible capacity and no bad seat in the house. The floor seats are large and comfortable, though the balcony seats are also excellent. The sound is great, tickets are reasonably priced, and parking is easy. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. Bathrooms are nice and well kept. While concessions can be expensive, it remains a magnificent and amazing place for an amazing show, celebrating diverse musical genres all under one roof.
Seen BLS there! Awesome concert by the way. The Factory was clean and a easy layout. The sound there is awesome. Comfortable seating. Easy to leave when done. An awesome experience.

This venue is awesome. Always clean and the seats are comfortable. My only concern this time was the number of people smoking inside. I'm not the hallway monitor but I have a sensitive job and smelling pot smoke all night puts my career at risk. I choose non-smoking indoor spaces on purpose.
