This place was amazing! Food was delicious, good portions and service was very helpful! Our server Liz made us feel like family, and the Manager Elaine was very welcoming! It was just a blast, parking is plenty and wheelchair accessible and it was nice and clean! Will definitely come back! ♡

We went to the location in Chesterfield. We’ve been going here for years. Unfortunately the quality and service is not what it used to be. The first thing we’ve noticed is the service is always rushed. We went yesterday and it was just okay. The dessert fondue used to be made right in front of you but now they bring them out already made. Yesterday we were given a pot of cold chocolate and the pot had hardly any chocolate in it. That’s another thing we’ve noticed that has changed, the portions for the fondues are a half the size they used to be. Before yesterday, we thought the time before was just a fluke but now that we’ve had the same experience 2 times in a row we know that it’s just how it is now. Such a shame because this used to be a great date night out. Prices have gone up and the service and quality has gone way down. The managers come by and ask how everything was not sure why they do that because they are well aware that everything is not up to par for this price point. How could they not know, they’re the manager.

Super fun time having a multi-course dinner for 2 x2 with some extra filet mignon. The Alpine Cheese was crazy tasty! The meats were plentiful and delicious in the Coq au Vin. The sauce options were all fantastic. Tip - Mix the teriyaki and spicy honey and top with the gorgonzola. Yummy. The chocolate course was incredible. The oreo marshmallows were beyond in the s'mores chocolate. Cocktails were also good. The only thing that would improve the experience is if the tables could be cleaned off more frequently. We will be back.

UPDATE 4/16/24 : Still no response.0/24. Since The Melting Pot left a comment on here asking me to get in touch with them and since they left no direction on how to reach them, I filled out a contact form on their website. I still have not gotten a response.See why I am upset with them?My family and I along with a friend and her daughter went to your restaurant in Easter. We did have reservations, at 5:30pm.It was such a disappointment. We have always loved your restaurant. We normally go to Easter brunch, but since we have always loved the melting pot, we decided to actually have Easter dinner.Big mistake. There were 6 of us. 5 adults and a 17 year old.We all got the Easter special dinner. 5 of us upgraded to the meat lover one.My daughter ordered a drink. Some sort of specialty one. Pineapple something. It was so sweet she couldn’t drink it.She loves sweet! This was so sweet it was not drinkable. We did not complain because we did not want to be a pest on Easter. We got 2 different cheeses.Considering there were 6 of us, our fondue pots were not very full. We could see the table close to us with 2 people. They had more.We did not say anything. Again, trying to remain in the holiday spirit. They brought us our dippers. Our waitress told us they were out of pretzel bread so they gave us tortilla chips. That was unfortunate. We love the pretzel bread. But, ok. But! The chips were so stale they were not edible. And the rest of the bread was very stale. We ate it anyway. The vegetables were not nice dipping pieces. They were small little remnants that had probably fallen off larger pieces and that was all they had left. Our entrees though. That is what did us in. Again, 5 of us got the meat lover. Or what ever it’s called…. Big Night Out? The one we paid the extra money for. They brought it out on 2 long plates and one short one. So 2 of us had to share the one long plate. When I am paying for a meal, I don’t want to share my meat. Nor do I want to awkwardly count out the pieces that are mine! I want my own main course right in front of me. I don’t want to say, “Is that my salmon or yours?”And the pates were uneven in the amount of food that was on them. The person with her own plate got 3 pieces of steak. My meal partner and I also got 3 pieces. And no, it was not because they were giant pieces. They weren’t. Although the person that got the single serving did not get any mushroom ravioli. The portions were all wildly different. We asked our server about it. She was so put out. She could not even offer a solution. Or an apology. And we were nice about it!She finally brought țhd missing ravioli and 2 pieces of the teriyaki steak.Oh! I forgot to mention they were out 2 different kinds of meats… and they only told us this when they were bringing out the entree with the wrong meat. One of our party waited 10 minutes longer for her dish to even be brought out.Our server was not bad. But she was not great. She did nothing to smooth over our many disappointments. And a great server would have.We felt very rushed because they kept trying to clean the table. And we still had food to cook on them. While we were all glad to be together, the meal put a damper on it and we spent a lot of time complaining to each other about it.It was a holiday. I get it. Things get busy. But, you know what? That’s not on me. I had reservations. To be out of bread and meat is not good. You knew we were coming. The person in the kitchen should have taken greater care in sending out our meat. The server should have been better at accommodating us after we brought up our issue. We gave her an awfully big tip for her to not been a whole lot nicer. Like I said, we were not rude at all. We apologized for even complaining! We spent almost $450.00 in your restaurant. That is huge amount of money. I’m not rich. I work two jobs and saved to do this. And now I don’t love The Melting Pot anymore. It was our go to restaurant for special occasions and now none of us want to return.

The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. The experience alone makes this place worth visiting, but it’s made even better by the effort that the staff clearly puts into this restaurant. Five stars all around!

Our Melting Pot experience was absolutely the best out there and my partner and I were able to have a romantic dinner all thanks to our amazing server, AJ. This man was the sweetest server I've ever met and the way he was able to connect with us was truly spectacular. His little stories were so fun to hear and even if there were a couple mishaps, AJ quickly fixed it and all was well! Hopefully he is there the next time we are in so we can request him!! The manager, Paula, was also an absolute gem who would come around to each table and check up on each customer to make sure everyone was doing okay!

My server Tessa was horrible. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes and we weren't served. Tessa finally came over and said that she just got our ticket. Her attitude was VERY snippy. We sat for another 15 minutes before we got drinks. It took another 25-30 minutes before we got food. Tessa didn't come and refill drinks. She would just disappear. The original manager on staff never came over to check on us. He avoided making eye contact with me the entire time. Around 4pm there was a shift change and the new manager (Pauline) was on and she came in and smoothed EVERYTHING over. She was so claiming. She truly shifted the entire atmosphere. My kids even noticed it. They loved her. Pauline is truly a gem. She addressed the issue and spoke with Tessa. Tessa came over and “apologized” for her service. When it was time to pay I paid via CC and I asked for a paper receipt and bags. She came back and slammed the receipt on the table along with the bags. I would never recommend Tessa as a server. But I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant when Pauline is on staff she is truly a Godsend. Thank Pauline for taking great care of me and my children.

We made a reservation well in advance for Easter lunch. We still had to wait an additional hour and a half to be seated. Once we finally got our table It took our server quite sometime to reach our table and to get our drinks to us. And I had to ask numerous times to get a refill. Finally after the 3rd time and asking politely I got one. The food took a ridiculous about of time to get to us. We arrived at 1:15 and finally left around 4:15. In addition when I paid for the meal with my card the server was hovering over me and he had already checked the 20% gratuity button. For 200 + dollars my family and I expected something a little better

The food was exceptional, the cheese was delicious, the meat was well seasoned and tender. They also had a great gluten free selection! We were seated in a back corner, which was nice for conversation, but I am 37.4% sure our waitress forgot about us right before the desert portion ?. She was still super sweet. You never know, kitchen could have been crazy ?We will be back!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free selection.
