"2 Maids and a mop" charged $172 for 50 minutes of barely doing anything because we didn't have our temperature set at at 72°. The 2 ladies were probably in their 20's and said they might "faint" if the temp was not at 72°. My husband turned down the thermos stat but it didn't drop fast enough for these 2... so they left! No one told me when I scheduled that our condo temperature had to be at 72°. The scheduler took my credit card #, that I very naively gave her and my visa was charged... $172 for 50 minutes of "work"... very poor work I might add. I will continue my quest to get the $172 charge reversed and bad mouth this "cleaning service" every chance I get!Services: Standard cleaning

I cannot say enough good things about this service. Jamie and Sarah are thorough and offer premium services each time. They are courteous and polite and do such a good job cleaning our house. Two Maids & a Mop provide excellent service, always on time, and clean every nook and cranny in the house! Spotless is how I would describe their "motto". They make the beds, clean the bathrooms to a sparkle, harwood floors shine, and wipe down everything and leave those finishing touches you would only find in a 5-star hotel! They are the best! We have been using Two Maids since April of 2021. While they struggled during the lockdown my wife and I are always happy to see the team of young women that they send. They have been professional, pleasant, and very thorough. We have had a great experience with Two Maids and a Mop. They are always on time, professional, thorough, and do a great job. We have been particularly impressed with Andrea, who is a regular at our house (and has even cleaned solo for us on a couple of occasions) and has always done an EXCELLENT job. I feel like they really go the extra mile on the details that are easy to overlook (stoves, grout, etc).
