worst costumer service ever. literally she said i couldnt return the uggs i bought online cause they were “already worn” girl.. i havent even tried these on. i bought them for my cousin and she wanted a diff size. anyway dont come here they are super rude.

When I walked in,there was a group ofv4 stand I no at the counter,wasn't sure who was the sales person. Two guys and 2 girls not a good look yall.

During my visit, the cashier was unprofessional and did not acknowledge me at all. Did not speak to me, or engage in any basic customer service interaction. This made the experience feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. I expect better service and hope this is addressed. Asked about rewards, discounts, and her only word was hmm moving her head up or down, left and right, pathetic.
As soon as she gave the receipt turned around and continued glued to her phone.

Rude employee, tried returned a gifted pair of uggs that were to big and she proceeded to say she couldn’t take them because there are indents in the fur? I haven’t worn them since i tried them on and she didn’t believe me I guess, but she was very rude about the whole conversation. Would not recommend their customer service to anyone.

Holidays can seriously be so crazy but this store handles it with so much grace! Ashley at this location helped so much when I came in on Black Friday even though it was a mad house! Can't recommend this location enough

Keena is rude and lacks customer service skills, and shouldn'tbe allowed to be in management.
If you are looking for Uggs, I highly suggest shopping somewhere else unless you want to be treated poorly.

Horrible customer service! The ladies talked behind the counter, didn’t work the floor, wouldn’t help anyone with pricing, didn’t want to check the back for sizes every time I ask for a size I got deeps sighs from the girl I’m returning my shoes because of the horrible service I’ll shop else where rude and just ignorant it’s holiday season expect to be busy I was more polite than the workers happened on 11/26/24 between 5pm-7pm I can’t believe they treated all customers poorly
They even told one customer take off the shoes she’s been in them too long
