My sister and I had a great experience with the staff helping us in the fragrance section until the Tara, the general manager, came to us and was extremely rude to us telling us they closed in 1 minute and that we needed to make our selections quicker. She then proceeded to make sly comments about being able to “ever get out of here” even though it had just turned to 6:00pm.

I’ve had a positive experience shopping at Ulta Beauty in the past. On this visit, I returned an item from Lands End through the third-party return service Happy Returns. The process at Ulta Beauty was very smooth. I went through the checkout counter, was promptly waited on, and my return was processed in less than a minute.

Ah I love coming here cause they almost always have what I need with an abundance of options I just wish the staff didn’t always seem so stuck up when checking out or seem annoyed but it’s been that way for years so I guess we all are just used to them being this way honestly!

I came to this location on March 1 to return something but the employee wouldn’t give me a receipt and I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointed!

The elite stylist, Hannah, was fabulous. I have to be honest, I’ve gone to Ulta styling salon several years ago and didn’t have a good experience, but I wanted to try it again and Hannah went above and beyond, she took her time, she listened. She was so kind. I can’t say enough good things about her. And above all, she gave a really nice pretty layered cut that I desperately needed. She didn’t cut too much and kept the length as I had wanted. She took her time. She didn’t use the razor. She was fantastic. I’m definitely going back. I will be her loyal client.

I had an awesome experience with Gracie last week. This was my first hair appointment at Ulta, and I was so impressed by how she listened to my styling needs and preferences. Gracie was very professional, and her coloring, cutting, and styling skills are impeccable. I highly recommend Gracie, especially if you're looking for a change and a stylist you can trust. The caps of most of the sample pencil liners and lipsticks were missing, causing them to dry out, making them unable to swatch. Also, when checking out, the cashier repeatedly asked for my phone number, even when I told her I didn't know the phone number my rewards account was under, and I presented my reward card multiple times l, asking her to scan it, and it will bring my account up. She looked at me extremely confused, and eventually she scanned it. I understand that reward cards are not very common, but please educate your staff that some people may still present these cards. I don't think I will return to this store

Rae the MAC consultant was outstanding! Went in with my mom for a shade match and consultation on new cosmetics and Rae was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Mom left with a great match for foundation and concealer, as well as a collection of cosmetics that she couldn’t be happier with! Huge thank you Rae!

In my opinion a consumer appreciates easy to find product without expired Sale tags. That way when you get up to checkout, there is no confusion of why it is not on sale. I'll stick to Fenton store.
