I had a problem with an employee, and the owner stepped in to resolve the issue. The franchise owner is a solid business owner, but struggles with hiring talent, as all employers do today. Having said that, I recommend this UPS Store franchise location.

Yusuf was very helpful and the brown haired girl in the back, was super friendly as well. They are always so nice when I come in but I actually got to talk to them and get to know them a little bit. I look forward to coming here, they make everything so easy!!
