woman at front counter with long braids is a rude useless employee. Such a typical overpaid federal employee that has the postal union to coddle her poor behavior. It's sad to see someone with such an attitude and such rudeness. Sorry sister, you will never get that promotion and get to wear civilian clothes like your supervisor, its name tag city forever. It's no wonder your boss has to come out front and direct customers to use the machine, even your boss is embarrassed of your poor behavior.

The government at work! 93 degrees out and the doors are wide open with AC blasting. Grass and bushes look like a jungle, but I should trust them with my package and mail???

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in to renew my passport with all my forms already filled out, but the woman with braids was extremely rude. She told me I needed to make an online appointment—even though the office was completely empty at the time. What’s more frustrating is that other locations told me walk-ins are fine for passport renewals—only new passport applications require online appointments.This office is near that time,after today, never return.When I asked for clarification, she insisted she couldn’t help me and showed no willingness to assist.
It felt like she didn’t know how to do her job or simply didn’t want to. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
That kind of treatment is unacceptable from someone who’s supposed to be helping the public.if I can give 0 start must be for her

Can’t scan all my packages because it holds up the imaginary line. Been to post offices all over the country daily never been told that before.

The amount of times my packages have been delivered to the wrong place is at least 4 at this point. Half of the time, there isn’t a picture to see where it has been delivered so I can’t go find it. I have to fill out a missing mail form and wait for a response. It’s not that hard to double check where you’re delivering stuff.

They don’t want to do their jobs. They leave the lobby as full as they can before anyone else comes back out and they’re very rude including the manager! I have only encountered ONE employee there that doesn’t mind doing the job. That girl with the braids is ultra rude and should not work in customer service!

Can y'all get people who actually want to work. So lazy. My mail is always late, days late. One piece of mail is sent on the same day same time every week and it takes you forever to deliver it to me but not like I need my paycheck. I hate this PO
