I switched to this pharmacy a while back after I couldn’t deal with the attitude of one of the pharmacy drive up staff at the 24hr Creve Coeur location. Typically customer service at this location is much better. However, in the last two months I have received prescriptions that were shorted. Today I went to get the two pills we were shorted for my young child. Pulled out of the drive thru and thought “I should check those two.” Sure enough they gave me the wrong pills!! So I went inside and had to wait in line again. Talked to the tech and she couldn’t help so I had to wait for the pharmacist. I was informed that someone else had just been there for the exact same situation (so I assume the same med, just different dose). The pharmacist muttered, “Why didn’t we check that…” as he walked away. He came back with the correct two pills and said when they “fix these things it doesn’t go through all the steps.” He also explained that these two pills were double the dosage of what my child needs. I don’t know what steps are that they skip in the “fixing” process, but it sounds like they shouldn’t skip those as this could have been bad for my child. So yes, they did make it right, but this has me on alert for any scripts being filled there. I would suggest not leaving line until you open each bottle, count them and make sure they match the description on the pill bottle. (I should add that in this instance three pill bottle clearly states it’s a blue pill and the two I was given were tan so it’s not as though they look exactly alike).

Vera deserves a pay raise. Idk what she makes but for what she brings to the store, it’s probably not nearly what she is worth. The warmth with which she greets guests when they walk into the store made me feel welcome and at home. I almost signed up for the Walgreens credit card on the spot when ahe offered it.

Pharmacy is rude and careless. Whoever allows their employees to act the way they do is an incompetent employer and they should both find a new career. Just be nice.

The majority of the pharmacy staff have the unique gift of being able to stay so focused on the computer monitor or each other that they’re able to completely block out the fact that you’re waiting at the counter praying for a moment of eye contact or staring hopelessly through the drive-thru window. A quick “hi, I’ll be right with you” is all it would take but their previous training as museum wax figures and Buckingham Palace guards is hard to unlearn. I blame Walgreens - everything about the organization points to inept leadership that has them swirling the bowl. Hoping they put a nice restaurant at this location when the doors close or a Chuckie Cheese that will carry the animatronics theme forward.

Yesterday I came in to load money on my card at this location. It was women who did it and she was great. She had me swipe my card and then I handed her the cash. Today I came back and this gentleman named Joe was super ignorant when I had questioned him about handing him the cash before I was able to swipe my card. There is a $4.95 fee that gets activated when I swipe my card. I do this about everyday. The same process was performed the exact same way that I’m used to when I came to this location when the lady had helped me. Because of his ignorant attitude I went and got the manager. I then proceeded to do the transaction with her, I will not be spoken to like that. I had no problem handing her the money before I swiped my card. However Joe proceeded to talk while the transaction occurred. Saying well I did the same thing and as if he were lecturing me. I then said to the manager that is entirely inappropriate for him to be saying anything at all to me. Joe doesn’t realize that his attitude was the reason why I did not want to continue the transaction with him and why I got the manager. Never will I come to this location again.

Have been sitting in the drive through pharmacy for 15 minutes and haven’t moved. This place always takes forever to get things to me

The people running the pharmacy drive through are typically unproblematic and very willing to assist, but there's a woman who consistently operates the pharmacy counter inside the store who absolutely refuses to be helpful to anyone. She has no consideration for another person's time or efforts, as well as their necessity for vaccines or medications. I've been coming to this pharmacy for the last two years and every encounter with her is the same- a snide or sarcastic remark and a general unwillingness to help or even show basic politeness. Someone who visibly dislikes the general population should not be at the front counter of a pharmacy.Everybody else who works at this Walgreens, at the pharmacy or within the store, has been very polite and kind to their customers it's just this one employee who can't seem to get it together.

Terrible. My mom and I went to pick up her medications. The pharmacist was rude, and did not give my mom her meds. My mom asked who picked it up, because she did not. The lady proceeded to be passive aggressive, and rude. She refused to answer my mom. She then hanged up on my mom through the drive through. Not only did my mom not get her medications, but also probably had her medications to someone else. Needless to say, HIPPA violation. I don't recommend this place at all, will never go there again. Honestly needs to be shutdown.

I am a usual customer at this location. The pharmacy service has drastically degraded recently. I called in to refill my prescription medication for the 3rd time this week. The order was basically sitting around and nothing was completed, and I was not given any updates. When I called the pharmacist over the phone to check on the status, he was not friendly and not being helpful. I choose this pharmacy for my prescription medication because I live close to this location. But I am going to switch to another location now. This Walgreen pharmacy doesn't care about the customer/patients and I am very disappointed at the service that I received.

The Pharmacy department including the Pharmacist and the technician at Walgreens on Chesterfield Parkway East are unprofessional and incompetent. We had scheduled an appointment for my daughter’s Hepatitis vaccine two weeks ahead of time and when we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment they told us that they “gave our appointment to someone else” when we told her that we are 10 minutes early for our appointment and why she gave it to someone else and we showed her proof of our appointment she said: “oh ok that’s right” and then spoke with the pharmacist who told us that they don’t even have our vaccine on hand. So when I complained to them for not having the vaccine ready both the pharmacist and technician started yelling at me for being impatient and told me to come back on Monday to get the vaccine. When I asked them why they did not prepare the vaccine for our appointment, they said that they prepare the vaccine when the patient arrives, which makes no sense because if they don’t have it on hand then they have wasted that person’s valuable time. When I asked for a confirmation for Monday’s appointment they wouldn’t give me one and yelled at me and told me that they will have it ready then. They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent.

They were very unprofessional. They kept ignoring me while I was at the consultation window. I felt discriminated because they were attending other people while constantly ignoring me. I did not give up. I continued to stand there until question was answered. I want to give no star but had to give one because google review wont allow me to post.

The pharmacy is essentially not useful as a reliable source of medications. On two instances now they have been unable to fill prescriptions within the time that their app says they will. In the first case, despite assurances that a medication would be available it was not and we ultimately transferred the script to another pharmacy. In the more recent example, they dispensed the wrong product and then precluded the script from being transferred. All of this with an unhelpful staff and after much delay. I feel bad for the staff, they are clearly understaffed and under trained.

Pharmacy went to . Only been 2 workers for months now. Drive through is permanently closed. They are losing a lot of business just because of the pharmacy. And Walgreens thinks Let's just make all the sick people go inside to pick up their Rx and stand in long lines getting all the other people sick. Who cares about the sick or the disabled. Well done Thank you I love my new CVS pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff at this location are friendly enough, but they are woefully under staffed. I have a bad sinus infection and have been ordered an antibiotic for it. The antibiotic was called in over 24 hours ago. I tried calling on the phone to check on it and waited on hold for half an hour (with only two people in front of me) and never got through. When I checked on it in person, I was told they were very backed up and it would be at least another hour. I would recommend choosing another place if you need a prescription filled quickly.
