Do not even attempt to get your passport photos here. The guy took a photo, and then told me the printer wasn't working and his supervisor would be back in thirty minutes. I show up 30 minutes later, no supervisor. Showed up an hour later, supervisor says she doesn't know what's going on (he didn't bother to get my name earlier...), and told me to come back in 15 minutes. By now I've wasted over an hour in my car. I come back inside in 15 minutes, and she's nowhere to be found as I wait another 10 minutes in front of the photo department. I'm just going to find another place at this rate. Worst service ever. I'm going to make a complaint at the corporate site.

Management problems. Went to pay for a few birthday cards. 2 people in line, standing at the register. Young employee also just standing there behind the counter. After waiting for a while, I asked what the delay was. Was told there was a problem, and I could try paying at the photo counter. Went to the photo counter. An older employees (presumably the manager) was standing there, but started to walk towards the front cash register. I said I was told she could check me out. She brusquely said she had to help the other employee (people had been waiting for a while already). I had to go back to the register, and the line had grown. The ‘manager’ began checking customers out. The issue is clearly a management deficit - how can you put a new (presumably) employee behind a cash register if the employee doesn’t know what to do? Not the employee’s fault - management placed the person in a position beyond her capability. No wonder why customers tend to go to other nearby Walgreens stores.

Just had a positive experience getting flu and Covid shots. The check in process is quick (use your smart phone to scan a QR code) and there was just a short wait. Make an appointment ahead of time online. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Was disgusted to arrive for our appointment and told that they weren’t doing Covid vaccines and that their website was not up to date even though we had scheduled for the vaccination on their website and even received a reminder from them that we were scheduled to have a vaccine at their location.

Horrid customer service. Unhelpful staff. Unwilling to fill prescription that was placed, even when I was willing to pay full price (bypass their antiquated process system). Not willing to help, prioritize, transfer, or even give me an idea of how long it would take to fill (they had prescription for over 2 hours in their system). I go to a privately owned pharmacy, they are a pleasure to deal with, and I will never come back to this location again. Avoid if possible…
Oh and my shampoo is $12 cheaper on Amazon. So this place, all these big chains, are a rip off and have NO skilled, caring and quality service. AVOID. Take your money to LOCAL or Amazon

I ran in to buy something called liquid bandage. They had it. I found it right away. Turned out it was 50% off this week. That's a good thing because they price things 25%-30% higher than everyone else. I bought it and was on my way. I'd return if I'm once again desperate.

I just used them today for a prescription that was transferred from the Walgreens closer to me because that one did not have the medication in stock. I called ahead of time to verify that they received the prescription order, confirm the copay amount and that it was ready. Both the man I spoke to on the phone and the woman working the drive-up pickup window were very friendly and helpful. Very happy with their service!

I never publicly complain about service or anything but i came christmas day to get some last minute cards and gift cards and the guy at the check out stared us down as soon as we walked in. we brushed it off and continued our shopping and when we get to the check out we start setting our items down right in front of the employee and he scans a couple and then says "maybe set them a little closer so i can reach them " and was just rude the whole time we were checking out and didn't let us enter our phone number for rewards. I would list his name but he had his name tag turned around so we couldn't read it, I wonder why!

This location now has a new store manager I believe her name is Trish. she has really started to clean the place up. i was very impressed with how the staff acts and store overall looks a lot better. hope they keep the new manager.

Don't bother filling your RXs online or through the Walgreens app. This pharmacy can't even fill a script 2 days after it was designated for pickup. Not once was an apology offered, only the excuse that they are short staffed.
