Technicians at the service center are awful. I took my car for oil change, tire rotation and to check flat tire. They only changed oil and said my car is ready to go. I was watching them from window that they didn't rotate the tires and check flat tire. They ignored. They took my car back to the service center and rotated the tires which took longer. Again they didn't check the flat tire and the car is ready to go. They just pass their time. They don't do their job like they should do.

Most horrible ghetto place to shop in all of chesterfield. You’ll wait in line 20 minutes to check YOURSELF out. Crazyness not worth being cheaper. Why are all Walmarts horrible like this now?

The pickup at this location is horrible. I just had my ordered cancelled one hour before it was scheduled to be picked up. I could have easily made other arrangements. Last time, they messaged it would be late so I went home and two seconds later said it was ready. Get your stuff together! No other location has these issues in pickup but Chesterfield.

Had an uncalled for and extremely rude experience with team lead, Shannon today. I had my baby in my shopping cart with me and because the light above the checkout lane was off she yelled “this lane is closed! You need to turn around right now!”. There are now two full service check out lanes at this store, so I was surprized by Shannon lashing out at me while I was peacefully walking to check out counter, minding my business with my two year old boy with me. Shannon has absolutely 0 customer service ability, and I couldn’t be more disgusted with my experience today. Somebody that nasty and has no business in customer service, let alone a team lead.

There is no plus department The only thing there is Coach and jackets whoever the buyer is for the plus department should be fired there's nothing here whoever the buyer is for the store is pretty much a joke The store in hazelwood's better equipped
