Saturday 2 PM appointment. Arrived early about 3 hours. Had rolled paper for delivery. Checked in at wrong office and told to go around to rolled receiving side. Stood in caged entryway at receiving side for over an hour and no one came to dock. They have only two unloading docks. Went back to shipping clerk and asked if they could tell someone in receiving to be aware that I was outside waiting and that they had two trucks on the current dock doors waiting to be unloaded. Yard jockey and receiving clerk were very polite. It just seems that this Westrock is in no hurry. The two tractors that were already on the dock were both day cabs and getting paid hourly so they didn’t have any issues waiting. I’m an OTR driver. The facility is packed with dropped trailers which makes the facility even smaller to maneuver in. There are no side roads to park and wait outside from the facility.Update: Shipping clerk advised that receiving didn’t have a forklift operator to unload anyone or the two half unloaded trailers already on the dock. Left faculty 30 minutes away to delivery first thing Monday morning. Always ask for help and be professional. Glad the shipping clerk, CJ, came out to let me know what was going on.Update: Monday arrival. Got placed on a door and unloaded in five minutes. Everyone is very professional and polite. I changed my review from 1 star to 4.
