“Branson mo for 3 weeks vacation. Had a major problem with my 5th wheel hitch in the bed of my truck. Boss worked over 4 hours trying to fix it in 80 plus degree weather. Fixed the B&W base but had to order top hitch the old hitch was bent and compromised. He ordered a new one came in 2 days and he installed it and made it great again solid as a rock. Thank you jwm I highly recommend him to anyone having hitch problems.”

The service department worked me in to check system and replace battery, even though the shop was busy. I was extremely pleased with the prompt service and for the quality battery. The replacement labor charge was less than other shops in the area, for the same service. “Does really good fabrication and panel replacement. He is not always there at the place unless he is called on the phone first. He primarily works alone. He is there nights and weekends as he lives upstairs also. A visit to his shop is very rewarding. He was an Engineer in industry for several years and an instructor for many years in both evening and day school classes in college and vocational facilities. Good work and really cheap prices for today's prices elsewhere.”

“We took the wife's car in after hail damage and got it back looking brand new couldn't have been more pleased with the work done. While they had her car mine got a self inflicted scratch so they day i picked hers up i asked about getting mine repaired and they said no problem just leave it here and we'll get it done today and by 5 pm mine was repaired also. This was our first time using jims but if we need anything else we'd be back no question about it. Every interaction from start to finish was top notch.”
