Made the process very easy and simple ! Locks were provided for the unit on top of the staff being very friendly and professional. Kenny reached out to me a couple days after getting everything settled into the unit and asked me if I needed anything or if I had any issues or concerns about the unit and was extremely polite .

Renting a unit here was quick & easy. Everything is done online, so there is no guess work. Prices are reasonable and customer service has been prompt to respond with any questions that I've had. The units are clean and free of rodents.

Everything about Elite storage was easy. Getting it set up and cancelling it. Less than 15 minutes for both. Even when they ask me to buy a lock and there already was one,, it was taken off my bill. Highly recommended by me!

Mine was climate control and very nice and pretty easy to get to would recommend because the buildings don't leak if I ever need one again I'll go back to elite storage
