This is the dirtiest Casey’s I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been in a LOT of Casey’s. The floors had been swept only into the edges where piles of dirt sat, the bathroom floor was in desperate need of sweeping and cleaning, and more than half of the drink machines were broken (both fountain drink machines and the cappuccino machine.) I will avoid stopping here in the future.

Probably the dirtiest Casey's that I have ever been too. The bathrooms aren't clean. The fountain soda and ice machine have so much dirt and mold on them. Where's the manager and area manager to ensure quality control?

This place was gross we have gone to many Casey’s in our trip and they have all been good except for this one. No tp in ladies room. Bathroom was filthy. All trash cans in entire place over flowing. No washer fluid for windshield. Cashier guy was rude. Not a good place. Also the worker had time to stand in front of the entrance and vape but not work.

Pretty much awful. It's the only place in Chillicothe open after 11pm, so if you're a night owl you might get stuck going here. I paid full price for mediocre candy bars, as you must already have applied online for a rewards card. The zombified clerk had to be prodded several times to tell me that. And I didn't wasn't given a receipt in case I wanted to return said overpriced candy. The cheese Danish wasn't too bad.

I come here very often and this morning I was paying for my stuff and your cashier impatiently told me as if I was stupid ‘ it’s asking for your pin’ while I was trying to put my card in my wallet and would then proceed to put my pin in. I told him this and all I got was a ‘ Oh’. Teach your workers some patience because he was rude. I don’t appreciate that.

I got here at 12:20 in the afternoon, restrooms are closed and there is 1 piece of cheese pizza. According to the employee they wouldn’t have any more coming out anytime soon. I’m a truck driver and when I stop to get fuel/lunch/pit stop….it’s better to have everything you need one place instead of making multiple stops.
