I called North Casey’s talked to the automated system. Ordered our pizza’s ,the system repeated back my order, told me the price and said it would be ready as soon as possible. I waited 20 min., went to pick up and they said they had no order from me. Where did you call they asked? I showed the number I called on my phone and yep that’s us. Would you wait? Ok be ready at 6:15. I sat outside with the grandkids went back in at 6:15 and we’re sorry sir we are just now starting on your order!!! So I got my money back and McDonalds it is. NOT HAPPY

I normally don’t have an issue with Caseys pizza, so last night we ordered a large supreme pizza and a large bbq pulled pork pizza. Well…my entire household had food poisoning now! We ALL are so sick! Employees need to make sure they are taking proper care of the food!

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant for over 5 years, and I got to say that the last few deliveries have been less than stellar, I think someone needs to pay attention to this place and get them back on track before they lose customers.

I ordered a lrg pepperoni pizza last night. Usually don't order out often so we were excited. Pizza was delivered and I quickly had to run an errand before eating. Came home and I was given someone else's order from a totally different address, totally different kind of pizza. Money's tight these days, when we order out it'd be nice to get what you pay for. By the time I got home to eat, it was late and we were frustrated.

Don’t believe them. I was offered free pizza and cheese bread for having to wait so long for my order… when calling to redeem this I was basically made to feel like I was lying… so get proof or a name next time you get something offered like that.
