“First, I very rarely post reviews, but this time I had to. I have a Galaxy A42 cell phone. I literally ran it over with my semi-truck. To that end I have to say the Otter box I bought was amazing. The only damage to the phone was the screen. It was jet black, spider webed, with pieces falling out. Amazingly though the phone was still on and I could still control it with my Blue Parrot headset. A friend looked up the number for Smart Fix in Chillicothe Missouri. I called and they didn't have my screen in stock, but they had it in within 24 hours. I took them my phone at 3:30pm on a Friday before Christmas. They close at 5:30pm. The woman there (wish I had got her name) was as nice as can be. I told her what happened to the phone and she just smiled and said "Don't worry, give me an hour and I'll check it all out and make sure it works." This phone is my life. It has everything on it including family photos, I was worried. I went next door and ate. I came back in 30 minutes. She said the phone was sealing. It cost $150. That's amazingly cheap on a holiday last minute repair on a $250 phone. But amazing still hadn't occurred. When she handed me back that phone, it looked brand new. She wasn't a tech, she a sorceress. These people are wizards. She reversed time on this phone. I put their card in my pocket. That's something I never do. If you need tech work done, THIS is where you go. I wish I could give more than 5 Starz. They saved my life.”
