I purchased a device along with accessories Thursday. After being ushered out the store and being told to just keep the old one and new one together because it said 2 hours to complete. Once I got it home it wouldn't open due to a password that I didn't put on there. I brought it back for an exchange only to be told no. Even though the receipt says 7 days as well as an employee saying the same thing. Will not be returning. I am now out 200 for something that doesn't even work and poor employees

Well, the service is quality, but you need to arrive on time, they do not serve more than their schedule while you are inside, the cell phones they sell are not very modern, but they are useful.

They never, ever answer the phone. Their mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Why, why, why, are they implying they WORK there, when they don't!!!!!!!?

The store employees were not straightforward when I had purchased my phone. They also charge me more for the same phone that my family had gotten because they didn’t put in the sales taxes or any of the county taxes on the other phones but on my phone only. They are very unreliable and bad customer service. I highly do not recommend them.

Chillicothe location - first time customer.I walked in and asked about switching from Straight Talk to Cricket while keeping my old phone. Literally the first thing the employee told me was “Well you aren’t doing that for free.” That should have been the moment I left, but unfortunately I continued.I’m not exaggerating when I say EVERY TIME I asked a question he would sigh and answer in a rude manner. I get it. You don’t want to help customers. You don’t want to be there. I’m not buying a phone so you’re not getting a commission from me. All I’m asking is you be a half way decent person while I’m there so I don’t feel like a burden just for walking into the store.It got to the point where I started joking with the guy to ease the awkwardness. It didn’t help.I asked him how much my bill would be. He looked it up and told me a price. My first bill was double what he said. Called the store and spoke with the manager. His reaction? “That’s still a good price I don’t know why you’re upset.” Ultimately said he couldn’t help and gave me customer support number.Called customer support. No issue was resolved. I was told customer service and the Cricket store use different billing systems so the bill at the store is different than what I actually owe. Apparently to Cricket this logic makes sense.Ultimately I went back to Straight Talk and continue to discourage people from using this company.Cricket, you failed in every step of this process. I’m genuinely shocked how terrible it went.

The experience I had here was awful. The first guy I spoke to was super helpful and nice. Hut then the other guy showed up and was so awful and disrespectful to me and my friend that we just turned around and left because I was in tears. I was traumatized by his behavior and I'm still having to use a broken up phone because I refuse to get a new one now .

How does a phone place never know how to answer their own phone? No matter when I call I cannot get an answer. Customer service is lacking at best. Most of your employees don't know about their products. They mess up our payments monthly. I'll pay and it shuts off because the person taking the payment didn't even submit it. That's happened 2 months in a row now and countless times before. I'm not even sure why I keep trying.
