Good service in past but raising the price on a 125-gallon LP tank from $7 to $128 for the current year is outrageous.

We usually only fill the propane tank to 40%. We call for more when it is between 10 and 15%. So last week, 12/15/22 my husband called, paid for another 40% over the phone (so the propane is paid.) It is now 12/23/22, The "snowstorm" has hit and we are out of propane. My husband called 3 other times, nobody has helped us. One girl reprimanded my husband, I heard her, as the phone was on speaker, and she kept saying "you should call when it's at 40%." My husband kept telling her we only fill to 40% and call between 10-15%. He reminded her that he did call, paid for 200 gallons 7 days ago. She snickered... yes, SNICKERED and said, "You should have called before this." My husband was very nice. It is a good thing it wasn't me on the phone. We were at 2% last night, now we are out of propane, and are trying to stay warm with a few small electric heaters that are on our water pipes so they don't freeze in this -33 wind chill weather... AND we paid for propane WE STILL DONT HAVE!! Badly done, Ferrellgas... Badly done. Up until now we have been loyal customers. After the FILL WE PAID FOR and havent been delivered, we will be looking elsewhere for propane. I am beside myself that we have to keep our water from freezing, and try to keep ourselves warm now... and it is so cold in our house you can see your breath!!!

i would rate 0 if i could who the hell wants to pay a monthly bill for something they will need for like 3 months and not use for the rest of the year
