“Walter was so helpful and very kind! He made sure to physically check their inventory to verify that he had enough tires in stock for my vehicle. This week I took time off from work for a couple of hours to get new tires. I waited in store for 2 hours at a Walmart auto in KC, only to be told that they actually only had one tire in stock and failed to check inventory when I checked in. Very frustrating experience but after talking to Walter on the phone, I felt comfortable giving Walmart another try and added an oil change service in addition to the tires.”
