“The staff at NCMV Services are the best! They are very caring for the animal and the owner. They promptly addressed the needs of my best friend, Inga, a German Shepherd. They implemented and thoroughly communicated a plan of care for her severe injury that required oral surgery. During surgery, staff members relayed to me how she was doing and called immediately when the surgery was completed to provide details of their findings. They assured that her pain was managed and spent time with her when she was waking from sedation.

In addition to the impeccable care, they did a great job in repairing her lower jaw to align with her mouth and tried to save as many teeth as possible.
