I have had a really bad experience with this bank. Ive started my loan for over a month and everytime i call them, they would not answer. So i waited because it was still a while away. They started contacting me 2 days before closing and on the day of closing they were’t able to finish the paperwork. We had to reschedule our closing date and even on the second time of closing, they weren’t able to get my paperwork done on time. I had to rush to the bank to wire the money over and was late to my appointment and i hate being late to anything. Even when i got to the title company late, we still had to wait over 45 minutes for the loan paperwork to be sent over because it wasnt done. I had everything scheduled out already, and not getting the house on time caused so much trouble to all of my furniture shipment. On top of that, we took off work for many days and many more to move in.

As a professional in the industry - I’m very unimpressed with this location (7911 Forsyth). My clients primary language is Spanish so we were hoping this location would be a great fit and so far it’s been nothing short of a nightmare.The lending officer Renee V, has somehow managed to dodge and never return my phone calls, messages, emails AND calls from the cooperating Listing Agent, emails and calls from my secretary.When calling the office to try and track him down I got 0 help. The man who answered and took my info down had to ask me my name 4 separate times. I asked to speak to an underwriter or manager or someone who could help us with the issues.We never heard back about our buyer appraisal, have no access to it, and we close in a week with many items still being needed from the lending entity that we CANNOT get no matter how hard we try.This location sadly is run by a bunch of clowns. DON’T waste your time or risk having your clients stress levels go crazy like mine have.

Excellent bank with impeccable local customer service. There is one MAJOR issue - there is NO 1-800 number you can call 24x7 any day of the year to resolve ANY issue. I had to spend 3 extra days in Taipei waiting for Monday to arrive in the USA to resolve a stupid issue related to my Carrolton Card.
