Excellent accommodations for gluten and dairy allergies. The gluten free marinara pizza was beyond amazing, a soft and chewy pizza base like I’ve never had before. The staff gave exceptional service! Thank you, will be back very soon to enjoy the healthy Mediterranean flavors again!

Delicious food and service! We had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Greg, who was so welcoming. When you go to visit ask for our friend Zebib who is the best server around. Definitely worth it! Thanks everyone.

We had a lovely dinner at Casa Don Alfonso! Our server Sebastian took great care of us, helping me navigate menu choices for my dietary allergies. We had the octopus starter and the catch of the day, both amazing with fresh foccacia (gluten free bread for me) with olive oil. The atmosphere is chic, light, with a Mediterranean feel. A great place to go for a cheerful date night or night out with friends (they accommodate groups).

This restaurant was amazing. I have not had Italian food like this, since I was in Italy. Every employee was extremely friendly and very attentive. Our waiter. Sebastian was incredible, such a gentleman.

Casa Don Alfonso was really accommodating for a larger group lunch reservation we had for a Saturday. Our waitress did an absolutely amazing job and the food and drinks were delicious. Highly highly recommend to anyone wanting a super cute and chic spot for lunch for dinner to try this place out.

Some of the best Italian food in St Louis. One of my favorite restaurants in town. I highly recommend the Ziti, the lasagna, and any of the pizzas. The cocktails are exquisite. Overall, this restaurant is a gem in the St Louis food

Disappointing prix fixe Valentine's Day dinner. Amuse bouche selection that no one at my table would eat. Tasteless first course, dry meat third-course entries.Server took plates away without asking.Far more expensive than it was worth.Parking: Hotel garage is not free. Restaurant does NOT validate hotel garage parking.

Apparent confusion amongst the staff led to us sitting for almost 15 minutes before being greeted and asked for our drink order at breakfast. Sunday morning breakfast buffet with reservations before 9am; diverse selection overall. Belgian waffles were hard and inedible, pancakes were tough. All things considered, underwhelming for a $130 breakfast inside the Ritz Carlton.

Server Juan pablo and chef Donovan gave us a truly memorable evening. Totally blown away by the service and hospitality, and the food was exceptional. We appreciated every small, thoughtful detail and the time everyone took to share their knowledge with us, we can't wait to return.

Gorgeous restaurant with a very good vibe. A+ cocktails, bread service, pizza, chicken dish, and gelatos. Surprisingly the housemade tagliatelle was definitely the weak link. Still, in general a very good meal in a beautiful space!

We had a Valentine's Day lunch on a snowy Saturday (after the actual date(. The decor wows me every time, but the food, service, and general quality of the experience are simply peerless!

Service was perfect. Kudos to the team for everything from the greeting to the timing. Cocktails were delicious, as was the braised beef ravioli, which was clearly freshly made; looking back, we would have ordered 4 of those and been very happy. We were both excited about the tagliatelle with shrimp (which my girlfriend had once before, and raved about). The noodles didn't taste fresh and they were oddly very dry. We aren't complainers, but were asked how everything was, so I mentioned the noodles/lack of sauce or any moisture. She was kind enough to ask the kitchen for some sauce to-go for our leftovers, but that sauce tasted like shrimp broth with really no flavor. Having had it before, she said it wasn't close to how it was previously. Overall, a nice experience, but overpriced for the actual product.

I didn't expect to have a great experience with my girlfriend for our 4th anniversary since reservations here can be pretty tough to get. But a reservation is a reservation regardless. And we enjoyed the pleasure of watching our pizza chef cook delicious gourmet pizzas for us since our seats ended up being right in front of where we watched him cook. This luxury restaurant was wonderful for our 4th anniversary. I had no idea gourmet pizzas would make for a luxurious dinner. And I will most definitely be returning here in the future.

Made a reservation 36 hours before Valentine's Day dinner. This was the 5th place that I had tried for reservations. I had remembered the write-up from about 1 to 2 years prior. The entrance to the restaurant is at ground level, just a few feet to the right of the main entrance to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. We had a prix fixe Valentine's Day offering for $125 per person (we could have added $50 per person for wine). This was the first time the my wife and I had ever had oysters in the half shell... absolutely delicious with citrus and dill. We had a 5:30 PM reservation (the restaurant started seating at 5 PM); the joint was already jumping. My wife had the cannelloni appetizer, steak entree, and the tiramisu . I had a risotto appetizer, chicken entree, and a chocolate mousse. We both received a complimentary mocktails. The atmosphere was relaxed elegance, the service was fabulous, and the food was beautifully cooked, the right temperature, and beautifully presentation... everything was delectable. You can have lunch or dinner for less than what we had spent, but Casa Don Alfonzo saved me at the last minute on Valentine's Day. Thank you! Charles Tadros, M.D.
