I'm deeply disappointed by the actions of Clayton Capital Partners, which have recently come to my attention. It has come to my knowledge that they terminated a dedicated employee who was six months pregnant, solely because she requested maternity leave. This heartless decision demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and ethical consideration for their employees' well-being.It is disheartening to see a company prioritize its own interests over the health and security of one of its employees. Leaving a pregnant woman without insurance is not only unethical but also reflects a severe lack of compassion. Clayton Capital Partners' actions paint a picture of a company that is willing to sacrifice its employees' lives and well-being for their bottom line. This incident is a clear indication of the company's lack of commitment to supporting its workforce during significant life events. I hope that potential employees and clients take this incident into account when considering their association with Clayton Capital Partners. Such actions should not go unnoticed, and it is crucial for people to be aware of the company's disregard for the welfare of their employees.Furthermore, the way Clayton Capital Partners has callously treated this pregnant employee raises questions about their overall company culture and their approach to client relationships. A company that is willing to dismiss an employee in such a heartless manner may also show a lack of consideration and empathy when dealing with clients. After all, a company's treatment of its employees often reflects its core values and the standards it upholds in all aspects of its business. Clients and potential business partners should take heed of these actions as a possible indicator of how they might be treated in their interactions with Clayton Capital Partners. This is truly unacceptable and thankfully thanks to the Internet and the power of social media we can bring toxic situations like this to the light rather than being swept under the rug. May everyone involved with the situation have the day they deserve.

When you are in a position to lead by example, do it. Money is the root of all evil and evil is abundant in powerful business positions. We should all strive to do better to our fellow man, coworkers and neighbors. Reputation is either a great tool or the downfall of a person and/or business. I chose, as I’m sure many do, based on recommendations, reputations and word of mouth…. Y’all should really seek the input of HR , your legal staff and your moral compass before making such drastic, hasty decisions.

Horrible company. Paula and Kevin are despicable human beings and have no care in the world for the people who show up and work for them every day. They left a 6month pregnant mother with no job, no insurance, and no compensation for her final two days of work 30 mins after ASKING for maternity leave.

Fires employees for getting pregnant because they have too few employees to be covered by Title VII (anti discrimination laws). Even worse— a female CFO did this.

They fired an employee who requestood six weeks off to have a baby. And she was fired within an hour. And because they're so small she can't sue them. What a crap way to do business.
