Online say money gram open. Used services at same location later last month. Two cashiers said they couldn’t do it and didn’t have a manager. They asked me how I showed them on their own registers and my name pops up with the amount and it’s cash and they can’t take it. What a joke. It’s called LAZY!

It seems that having a remarkable , positive , or even pleasant experience in a store these days is becoming near obsolete. Well , I have had 2 in a row at this CVS !!! The first night I was having trouble locating the correct diabetic product for a friend and Kristen ( I hope I’m remembering the name correctly !! ) not only helped me locate the correct product , she then walked me through and educated me about the product and what I needed to expect and look for to ensure it was working correctly. I look after a friend sometimes who is diabetic and often requires additional assistance. She was friendly , knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond in educating me enough that I felt so much more confident with helping my friend because now I would know what to look for and what to do if it wasn’t working well. This can sometimes lead to a very serious situation and now I feel confident I can handle it well and keep my friend safe and alive in a worst case scenario !
Thanks Kristen ! Then the following night I had to go back for some different products , one being some after sun moisturizer for a sunburn , Neisha was equally as helpful in helping me look for multiple products and even took 3 trips to the back to double check and see if she could locate some more that were not on the shelf. Jalen, a second employee who was restocking nearby,, kept the conversation going when Neesha was in the back. He was extremely friendly and I could tell by his restocking speed , a hard working employee. So now I had been well taken care of by 3 separate employees in the same store ! As I stated earlier , running into one helpful and positive employee is a rarity nowadays, running into 3 at the same store is simply remarkable ! Keep up the great work guys and thanks you so much for making my experience in your store remarkable !!!

Just came to reiterate someone else’s post that they don’t take paper proscriptions. They will yell at you ??? 100% terrible service
Oh, and the drop off window is ALWAYS closed. Like physically closed. I guess this explains why.

This is the last time I go to this CVS. I've gotten my prescriptions at 8101 Clayton Rd. for years. A few months back the store got a new pharmacist. It's been headaches for me ever since. I don't think they've gotten one prescription right since. When I've brought up their mistakes, I've been yelled at twice. I've experienced: only getting half the pills prescribed; filling an old prescription with old dosing rather than filling the latest script (this has happened to me twice now); leaving out a medication all together. Today I went in to ask that they fill the prescription that they forgot to fill last week. The young woman was very nice and said it would be about a half hour. She asked if I wanted to wait or come back. I said I would come back. I came back 4 hours later to the drivethru. There I was told the prescription wasn't ready and would take 30 minutes to fill. When I expressed my dismay, I was told the pills hadn't been counted out yet. It takes 30 minutes to count out 30 days worth of pills?! No apology except to say that they were short-staffed. This only goes so far. Can you imagine if I had waited in the store for them to fill the script?! 4-1/2 hours! I was so livid my husband had to go back to pick up the prescription. He brought back two medications-- and sure enough, they filled one of the scripts with the wrong dosage pill! Sorry, CVS, you have totally lost my trust!

had oral surgery. three implants done. came to get pain meds filled. tech behind counter said she would not expedite my prescription because they're were going to lunch and had too many other patients meds to fill. Called for manager. Showed him my condition. He didn't give a rats ass either. Went down to bottom of hill to mercy pharmacy on Manchester. In and out in ten minutes. Won't ever darken cvs doorstep again. They can kiss my ----

Worst CVS in St.Louis. Pharmacy is either always backed up, is out of stock of meds, or the people are awful. Worth it to drive farther for meds.

Does not actually have passport pictures available even though the kiosk has it as an option. Manager was very helpful after the fact directing us to a CVS that does.

I come here all the time as I'm taking more than 10 Rx at present. My experiences have been all over the place, but it's 2023 and pharmacy employees have it rough. Thomas is my favorite employee. He does his job well, he pays attention, he has empathy, and he even made me chuckle once. Thank you, Thomas!

The customer service here is top tier! I was here to get my DOT physical and everyone I interacted with from the clinic staff to the employees stocking the floor and cashiers were polite and attentive. Always a pleasant experience when I visit this location. Thank you!

Shout out to the pharmacy staff today for their outstanding customer service. I scheduled a Covid booster shot at the Target CVS which was understaffed and then discovered expired vaccines after waiting past scheduled time. This CVS was so accommodating and professional. Everyone I talked to was so nice and helpful. How can there be 7 or 8 working at this CVS pharmacy and 1 at the other and how does a pharmacy not know their vaccines expired? Several had to be turned away from the Target CVS. My vote is for Clayton & Brentwood!
