I am writing to share a disappointing experience I recently had at your Clayton branch. My encounter has left me with a negative impression, and I feel compelled to provide feedback in the hope that it contributes to improving customer service standards.During my visit to the branch, I sought information on how to cash a member-issued check, even though I am not a member myself. While the teller was pleasant, my experience took a turn for the worse when she consulted her manager for assistance.To my surprise, the manager's approach was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing me directly, she stood next to me, talked past me, and directed her communication solely to the teller, completely ignoring my presence. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel disregarded and undervalued as a customer.I have never encountered such blatant disregard for a customer, and I must express my disappointment with the lack of courtesy displayed by the manager. While the teller was polite, the manager's conduct overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit.Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this particular Enterprise Bank & Trust location to others. I believe that effective communication and respectful treatment of customers are fundamental to any service-oriented business.I hope that my feedback prompts a review of customer service practices at this branch, and I encourage the necessary steps to ensure that other customers do not face similar disheartening encounters.

I have spoke about integrity with this bank, part of integrity is honesty, which I have found out that they were very much not honest with me. I was told something they did was Mo state law, however it wasn’t against the law, I got confirmation that what happened was not Mo state law through the Labor , wage number. The truth is important and I’m not even sure why they needed to lie cause technically no law was broken either. Why lie?

We have banked with Enterprise for many years and the Clayton Branch is our go-to location. The staff is well trained, welcoming and always professional. Convenient parking is an added bonus!

I go to this bank about once a week for my job. The employees always greet you promptly. They are always courteous and professional. I typically work with Reon. She is efficient and always kind!

Called to verify funds written on a personal check, teller told me they do not verify funds written on personal checks. Why do you have personal checking accounts then? I will make sure to never conduct business with this bank.

We identified fraud charges on Saturday April 22, 2023 and called to identify and stopped the one card. We went to the branch was told since we identified the charges would be stopped and reversed and not posted. After we left we still had charges coming in on the card that was JUST deactivated and requested to freeze. Since then I had to identify other charges on another card that WAS NOT TOLD TO ME BY THE BANK (White Rock) or when I called the toll free number. We turned in the card and DID NOT request replacements. We still have the charges that we asked 4 different Enterprise employees to stop ALONG with 2 calls (1 they hung up on me) to the fraud department AND response to text it was FRAUD charges. SO for the past 6 days we are now in negative balance and STILL going back and forth with call center and the White Rock NM branch. ALL of these charges when googled or bing search will reveal this. The call center person Misty is very nice and helpful the branches ARE NOT. They seem to lose paperwork that I have to go back to sign same forms and what is told to me WAS NOT TRUE. Coming up on a week with nothing. Account frozen and cards deactivated and destroyed at branch and we still have charges to this minute coming out of our account plus the fees.

My accounts with Enterprise Bank & Trust were defrauded FOUR times due to lack of institutional safety measures - even after changing accounts because of fraud! Their tellers cashed multiple fraudulent checks to individuals without proper legal identification, and processed clearly counterfeit checks against my account. They refused to compensate me thousands of dollars because the activity was discovered more than 30 days after the fraud took place (despite the fact that their fraud department missed it during a concurrent investigation). Way to victim-blame EB&T! Unless you want negligent, irresponsible individuals managing your money, do your banking elsewhere.

Karen along with the entire staff at this branch has continually provided A+ customer service for all my business checking account needs. I'm always greeted with a smile and a "how can we help you" type of attitude that is all to rare in today's banking world.

The people at Enterprise Bank could not be any nicer, they even share their chocolate with me (as well as treats for dogs)!! We started using Enterprise Bank for our business purposes a number of years ago and I have been so happy with them that I have moved all of my personal banking over to them. The team at Enterprise helped immensely while shepherding us through the PPP loan application process during the pandemic, and they have made it easy to set up lines of credit, open new checking accounts, and establish loans for new vehicles.

The Clayton, Missouri Enterprise branch has been both my business and personal bank for 30 years or more. I have always appreciated their responsiveness to any requests and their caring. In these fast moving days with everyone in a hurry, the personal attention and friendly atmosphere is a welcome respite. I originally went to them because my former bank had no time to talk to a fledgling business who needed help. Enterprise did and has always had time to talk and help when possible. They will remain my bank as long as I need one. It's my pleasure to let them know what a great job they do everyday.

The staff is extremely personable & professional. Karen, Elizabeth, and the rest of the tellers really show they care about you as a person, as well as a customer. They are efficient & diligent & create a positive banking experience. It is a pleasure to frequent this branch.
