As an educator, hard to give a perfect score; however, have been a client for all the family cars, since 1993 and have never been dissatisfied with service. Staff are open, professional, and knowledgeable. Service always completed in the time promised. Seems well managed.

This team is totally responsive to a person in distress (me) with a damaged front tire/wheel from a pothole encounter. They accepted the unscheduled tow, and got right on to the problem. I was sure it was something expensive and awful but they reassured me within hours the damage was contained to the tire.When replacement was not possible because Firestone discontinued my favorite tires, Jen and Jason got me four new tires but gave me credit for the remaining warrantee. What a nice thing to do

Been a customer for years at this Firestone. Never had a problem until I had to deal with Jenn, she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It is a shame because they had done some really good work on my car in the past. Will not be coming back.

I love this location. They are speedy, accommodating, and have frequently gone above and beyond. They even put on a lug nut for free after they missed it the first time!

Have tried to bring my car there twice and both times the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Not worth dealing with even if they do positive work.

Jacob was courteous and accomodating with my need for an oil change and headlight bulb that needed replacing. He made recommendations for other maintenance items that needed attention, but didn't make me feel like he was just trying to score services I didn't really need. A friend of mine has been taking his truck there over the past several years, and has been very pleased with their mechanical and customer service. That is one of the reasons I chose this location, which I am happy I did.

They do not plug tires. The lady was really rude on the phone. She said if I know everything then come get my car. Got it plugged down the road and wasted my time here.
The guys in the garage were amazing, and helpful.
The lady at the front made it where I will never return or recommend.
