I have been using Firestone for years and been happy, but recently that has changed. I dropped off my car because it had a flashing engine and check oil light. We dropped off as we were driving and walked home. When the store called the next day I was questioned about oil changes and basically blamed for my cars condition like I was kicking a puppy. Even if this is true, this is not how one should talk to a customer. In previous visits I was told that water vaper coming from the vents was smoke and a bad head gasket (not true). I had to return a funnel that was left under the hood after my last oil change, and then to be questioned that way was aggravating.When I went to pick up my car I expressed my disatisfaction and the person I talked to early came over and said, "You have to put oil in the car sir," and then angrily told her co-worker to cancel the charges.I will not be going back to this store, and may find another company entirely.

My daughter who goes to a school nearby got a flat tire. She didn't know what to do because the tire actually tore open from the rainstorm and a pot hole. I live in California and I had to make some calls to help her. I called Firestone, and Jacob helped me with my daughters tires. Got a quote and made the appointment. After a few hours, she picked up the car and it was done on time, and exactly as quoted. Thanks Jacob for helping.

I am new to St. Louis and had a rough morning, popped all four tires and needed to get new tires quickly to get to work. They got it in same day and got all new tires put on and aligned within just a couple hours! I'm super happy with the customer service and the efficiency!

Sometimes it is easy to skip writing a review when you have a great experience. I think we are generally inclined to write a review when something goes wrong. I had a great experience. It was easy to make an appointment, staff was ready for me, recommended a great coffee shop a couple doors down the street and then had my work done about 30 minutes faster than expected. Usually not excited about spending money on car repairs. Of course, that is part of the deal of car ownership. Thanks.Service: Tires

Got a screw in the tire and called to see if I could get a patch. Was told if I dropped the car off by 9am, I could pick car and tire up at close... at 5pm. Not wanting to lose the car all day, I asked if I could make an appointment a few days later. Them, I was told if I dropped it off by 9am, I could pick up the car at 1-2pm. So, a Firestone tire store is unable to perform a patch in under 5-6 hours? Crazy. Decided to take to a normal tire store where I was in and out in under an hour.

Pathetic location to get any work done. They lack basic etiquettes and manners to deal with customer requests.Details : I received a quote from this place for my brake services, and decided to schedule an appointment online. Got a call from a customer rep Jenn who wanted nothing short of “it’s my way or the highway” attitude. Despite telling her I received an estimate/quote, she continued to discard that and was extremely rude, arrogant and short tempered. She even belittled and berated her own work colleague who gave me the estimate. Her tone, pitch and attitude needs some real “servicing” to make it customer friendly.Service: Brake service & repair

Charged me a diagnostic battery check fee that I was not informed of when they called to go over the estimate with me. Typically this charge is waived at other shops when you have the work done as I did. Manager called to follow up but took no accountability even though I told him the additional charge was not mentioned to me when going over the estimate.

My sister's car was dropped off here on Monday. They told her they couldn't look at her car until Friday. They called her yesterday said they looked at her car and it was the throttle body and it would be done by Thursday. They call her back Tuesday tell her your car is now ready and it's $700. Her bf goes to get the car pays the money and her car breaks down 5 miles down the road, doing the same thing it done when she dropped it off. Now they tell her it has to go to the dealership. That it's the brain on her car. My sister now has to pay for another tow from Firestone to the dealership. That this above situation was part one and now we are on to part two. I don't work on cars but I don't think it throws the same code when the computer on your car needs to be flashed as it dose when you need to replace the throttle body!!!

If you're looking for somewhere to go after Woodard's closed go somewhere else. Incredibly scummy place. Tried to sell me new tires during an oil change because they were worn, they are not and have less than 25k miles on them. They also charge labor on oil changes and tire rotation which is very unusual BUT they also charged labor for the state emissions test which is illegal!
