Jeff, Gretchen and Marty (and Lucy!) are amazing! They truly have your best interest at heart. All my workouts are designed specifically for me and it is evident that the workouts are working. As a life long exerciser, I never felt the need to work with a trainer, but FUEL is a game changer. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and committed partner in your health and fitness journey, there is no place better than Fuel. I had been lifting weights and exercising consistently for 20+ years when I met Jeff and my trainer, Perry. At the time, I had suffered an elbow injury that had kept me out of the gym for over 8 months. I had gained weight, lost motivation, and was looking to get back into shape. But, I was nervous about re-injuring my elbow.Jeff took the time to sit down and talk with me about my concerns and goals, and analyzed my overall fitness to identify the functional weaknesses and limitations that I needed to address to avoid further injury. He then developed a highly personalized program that made sure not to put undue stress on my injured elbow while at the same time building up the rest of my body to ensure that the same injury doesn’t happen again.He also set me up with an anti-inflammation diet, and I lost 30 pounds in 10 weeks. At 37 years old, I can honestly say that I’m in the best shape of my life. I thought I knew a lot about weight lifting and nutrition, but Jeff and Perry have taught me more than I ever thought was possible.Whether you are just starting out or are far along in your fitness journey, Fuel is the place to be.

I have been working out at Fuel with Perry since December 2017. I had been working out on my own at a chain gym for several years, but had reached a plateau and needed a trainer to push me to another level. I have found that at Fuel and have enjoyed getting to know the trainers and many other clients since joining.

With the help of Jeff, I have completely changed my body composition and continue to work towards higher levels of fitness. Jeff takes a completely different approach to strength training and body health. FUEL sets the bar HIGH! The facility is as top tier as their trainers. The trainers are as welcoming as the environment. The sessions are personalized and intimate. Fellow clients are friends. Perry trains me twice a week. The level of professionalism and knowledge is the best I have ever had in St.Louis. The place is ran by the best and the people are great! The others that work there are real class and if you want the best training around than Fuel is your answer!!

High energy, knowledgeable trainers. There's someone for everyone. I like to lift heavy, so Perry's my guy, but the entire staff is awesome and can help anyone meet their fitness goals. The strict attention to cleanliness during these times has been a plus as well.

The team at Fuel has diverse backgrounds and styles, but they all welcome you into the fold as part of the family. I have had great results and am so happy that I joined! Weight lifting was new to me when I joined last fall, but I am so glad I stopped running myself into the ground with cardio and gave it a try. Total game changer!
