I was having a hard time when I went into Medical West Healthcare Center on Brentwood. I spoke on the phone several times with Mark Rice who was very helpful and held for pickup some things I needed. Jay Burstein was terrific when I went in. Cannot say enough about Jay who spent a good amount of time with me and ordered more supplies my husband needed. He also explained so much. I walked out feeling much more at ease. I know I am in good, capable hands with Jay and Mark. Thank you so much, guys!!

I so appreciate the employee’s kindness and patience. They are knowledgable and interested in determining what is right for their clients. I worked most closely with Alvin and Emily - both calm, friendly and very helpful.

Jay was very helpful in explaining the medical products I needed for my issue. He gave me several options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. He made an uncomfortable situation better by injecting humor into our discussion. I appreciate Jay's patience in explaining the products and answering the many questions my wife and I had. He was a pleasure to deal with.

My Doctors office called in a Scrip, 5 days ago !I’ve yet to hear from them Recorder on / No call backs I’m Report. to the Insurance Company/ Department of Health/ Human Services/ BBB!

This place does not care about people. I have been waiting on ostomy bags for weeks now. Call them multiple times. I wish we had more companies in St. Louis that sell ostomy bags.

My mother went to check out post surgical bras for me and had a few questions about their products but the cashier treated her as if we were second class citizens! There was a client who had an appointment in 10 minutes but told my mom to hurry up. Guess who won't be going to patronize their business! Customer service goes a long way and theirs was trash this situation should have been handled totally differently!!!! Breast cancer awareness!!!! Didn't want to give any stars! They are not worthy of any!!!!!!

The customer service in St. Louis is generally deplorable. Not so here! Good old-fashioned excellent customer service; the way it used to be, the way it ought to be! The people in urology/ostomy are always respectful, attentive, kind, and downright friendly. Sorry I don't know their names: a tall, older white man and a younger pretty black woman. I'm always in a good mood when I leave there. They're always knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I do wish more places were like this.

HUGE shout out and thank you to Dave and the staff at Medical West. I was looking for a very specific foot brace/support. I talked with both the Clayton and St. Peters locations. Medical West had the brace and we were able to get it immediately. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly!

I was at the South County location(quipt). Al helped me with several inquiries and purchases. Amazing, helpful, knowledgeable guy. I rarely find service like he gave me. Well done!

If you need compression hose that are fitted especially for you, you need to visit Medical West Healthcare Center - Clayton and ask for Pam. She fitted me and what a difference. I was so pleased, I dragged my sister in to get fitted for some. Thank you Pam and Medical West Healthcare Center in Clayton.
