Closed my card because it got compromised and not only did they not automatically send me a new one, (because why would I ever need to use a debit card again?)when I went to ask someone to send me a new card, they canceled my husband's card instead. And still won't send me a new card. Between terrible customer service, low interest rates on saving, and all the fees they charge, they finally gave me the kick I needed to switch to a different bank like I've been meaning to do for years but was just too lazy.

I chose Midwest for a home loan after shopping around for the best rate. Tom Koon made everything so easy. This is the 4th property I've purchased and no other purchase went as smoothly or with less stress. He went the extra mile to make things easy by picking up documents at my office, answering texts after hours, replying to emails immediately, and many other ways. He's extremely knowledgable and honest. I can't imagine what else he could have possibly done to do a better job. Tom is great!

After graduating high school I wanted to start a line of credit and get a credit card. I have been with Midwest BankCentre my whole life. My entire family has used Midwest for decades. I felt like this was a bank I could trust. I met with, Chris Goltermann, and he told me that with Midwest’s credit booster I would see my credit score go up after a month and I’d make a profit after 12 months. Before signing the credit booster, I read the disclosure and realized it looked like I would lose money. I called Chris and he informed me I had misread the form and that I would, in fact, make a profit. I trusted him as I had this bank my whole life. Boy, was that a mistake. Chris guaranteed I’d be able to see my credit score after the first month. I could not. I called back. Again, I was told I did something wrong. This became a charade of him wasting my time and telling me to check with different credit score companies and that it is my fault. He then became very hard to get a hold of and did not call back when he said he would. A few weeks ago he said I be making a small percentage of profit compared to the original number. Turns out he had never done a credit booster before and had no idea what he was talking about. Today, I called Chris Goltermann and he immediately put me on hold without saying anything and put me on the line with Chris Jackson, who then told me I’d be losing money and I wouldn’t see my score go up for 12 months. Mr. Jackson then very reluctantly connected me with his manager Talana Hardin. I explained the situation to Ms. Hardin but instead of helping she stone walled me and told me that I should not have listened to her employee and this is all my fault for not reading the disclosure properly. I am left feeling misguided, mistreated and gaslit. Please do not make the mistake as me and trust this bank with your money. Midwest BankCentre seemingly does not care about their customers, even those with a long standing relationship such as mine.

Fantastic local bank!MBC cares about smaller business and their clients. Customer service is super fast and very effective.I was superbly guided through two SMB loans recently by my local manager "AZ". Both were passed in record time thanks to her.Hoping to spend many years with MBC.

Midwest Bank Centre consistency provides the highest level of care and service that I have ever witnessed. Carlos, Melanie and the staff in Pagedale routinely exceed my expectations with prompt follow-up & professionalism!!!! The Clayton team is always top notch.
