Sam Dolson helped me sell my house when I was ready for a new home. He made the whole process seem effortless. I found him to be honest, trustworthy, helpful, capable, and he's a hard worker. It was literally days after listing it that we got a contract on it, and it was all him. I'd like to recommend him to anyone who is selling their house, or buying! Justin Taylor at The Agency is always the first person I send them to!The Agency is always prompt and does a great job educating their clients on the process of buying or selling a home. This place is horrible high crime, they have a maintenance portal only for the work orders not to be completed. The maintenance guys have better attitudes than the leasing office there is no order. The property manager said that corporate does not care about the things I report. The property manager told my daughter not to call me cause she does her job(which is a LIE) They don’t properly maintain the units not clean them properly before renting out again. Horrible service and management..

Brian is seriously amazing! I purchased my first home with him a little over three years ago. I was a little stressed about the purchase but Brian put me at ease and helped me find the perfect property. Since then, we have continued to stay in contact. He has been available when I need recommendations or have questions. Lastly, Brian and the Agency give back to the community. I am a volunteer at CARE STL Animal Shelter and the Agency have used their time and resources to help the shelter! Thank you for being a stand up guy!

I relocated from out of state and had to quickly find a place to live. I'm glad that I chose to work with The Agency and Irina Wagner! She was absolutely incredible and made everything a breeze!This was my first time buying a property and Irina made the entire process so easy. She stayed in constant contact with me during the closing process and always took the time to make sure that I understood what was going on.
