The Barton is wonderful! It is centrally located and within walking distance to great restaurants, Shaw park, and the grocery store! The staff are lovely and the apartments are beautiful! I especially love the open layout of the 2 bedroom that we have!

We live in the Barton right now. We moved in a few months ago. The team there made everything very easy for us. If we have an issue that we need help with, the staff is always there to assist. And if the offices are closed early for whatever reason (like the staff Christmas party!), they are very good about communicating that to residents. Highly recommend!

Great location and well-maintained building. The management is very responsive and professional, from leasing to maintenance to resident response. Would recommend to family and friends.

We recently helped a family member move into The Barton. From the initial showing to the in-between communication to the move-in process, Cheryl and the other staff members were extremely responsive and always available for questions. Thank you!
