Not pleased with the service of this bank with assisting me with the assets of my aunts account. My initial visit the 3 tellers were and extremely rude and were not willing to assist me until a manager (James) stepped in to assist. The company needs to work on being professional even when someone that is not your race/ethnicity is present. I could tell by the town and the demeanor or the tellers that they are not fond of African Americans just based on how I was treated my initial visit. Thanks to James for assisting me but please train and educate your staff on how to treat people of color the same as they do their caucasian customers. I’m glad this process is over and I never have to go there again. Definitely was an uncomfortable experience that I almost got my attorney involved in. Please so better doing forward.
