Went into the store at 6:05 pm and was told it was to late to start service because she was closing at 7 pm horrible customer service! Only gave 1 star because 0 was not a option will not go back there

My husband and I, were at this store not too long ago to get my husband a new phone. August was amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable. We got a phone, but didn’t have quite enough to get accessories, so we had to come back a second time to pick those up. August had the accessories set aside and remembered us when we went back. He was efficient and thorough when explaining things. We really appreciated the service.
I picked up a phone for myself a few months previous and had a girl help us. She was really helpful as well. Wish I remembered her name, but the service here in my experience has been VERY good.

Great experience! Went in with my friend for some questions about my bill. August answered everything I needed to know! Will request working with him when i need to go back.

I had the most amazing experience with Kristin. She answered all my questions, taught me the things I didn’t know, and worked fast and efficient. I was in and out in no time. She just made me a lifelong customer. Hands down. 5 star service!

I don’t usually leave reviews BUT I went into the Clinton store looking to upgrade my Apple Watch. I was really impressed by the Manager, August. Very helpful, kind and patient from beginning to end. August did a great job multitasking during a rush of about 5-6 different people while he was the only one working in the store at the time. He helped me set up my watch in a timely manner, considering the crowd that had formed since I had arrived. -much different from my experiences at other phone stores. Really just overall impressed with the management over there. (Ask for August!) Well done!

Downloaded a weather app that completely changed my phone around. Went to the store and Kristin was able remove it for me and restore it. I greatly appreciate her expertise.

A young lady helped us today with my husband's flip phone. Yes he still has one! She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us older people. I'm not sure how to spell her name , it's Merlena (sorry if it's not correct). Very nice and friendly too!

Definitely a good store managed by good employees. We were welcomed by a technician who with right too work to resolved our issues with our phones. I would highly recommend this a place to go.
