For starters I had to wait for 3 hours and my issue was never solved. The manager took no interest in my problem and after looking at my phone for a few seconds started playing on his phone waiting to give my problem to a trainee. The trainee was very diligent, but he was clearly way over his head with trying to fix my problem and he repeatedly asked the manager for assistance. He was occasionally given a phone number to call and he called the central office a couple of times, but the manager spent his time chatting with some lady for over one hour, playing with his phone, generally ignoring me, the trainee and the problems we had, which I repeat was not fixed. During the 3 hour wait, I strolled around the store looking at new phones, as I had about decided the problem was with the phone. I asked the manager about them and he obviously did not want to be bothered from texting on his phone, and took no interest in showing me a new phone. [ I bought a new phone the next day on Amazon, by the way]. I am rather an elderly person and having to stand around and sit on an uncomfortable stool for 3 hours is very unpleasant. But I did not mind the waiting, the lack of experience of the trainee, or that the problem was not solved so much as the complete indifference that the manager showed to me, the issue I was trying to fix and the trainee. Rest assured that if ever I have to return to an ATT store it will be another store out of town from Clinton, MO. I want to add that I had a very informative online chat with one of your technicians the day before I went to the store, and from that I thought it was probably a problem with the phone that I would need to buy a new phone. But no one at the store ever hinted that the phone was the problem and that was what I needed to do. So I purchased one at another place, as said, and will put the sim card in the new one and I believe my issue will be solved. But folks, you have a real problem in your Clinton, MO store. Thanks for this opportunity.

AT&T has a very knowledgeable customer associate in Samantha W. She is a blessing.The main reason for my visit was the increase in prices again and why AT&T is pricing themselves where we can not afford it like we did. We have had to go from 4 cell phones and a home phone down to 2 phones and are questioning if changing companies would be the next step. After being with your company for over 40 years.

I needed to have my phone fixed because it was running way too slow for brand new phone and I stopped into our AT&T store here , in Clinton and there were two people working and they were so busy, but they kept my phone for a couple hours. I went back and they had fixed it! Such nice, nice young people. I think the young people of this town are mostly completely awesomen

The employees here are wonderful. They were very patient and kind to my mom, who was nervous and confused during the process of switching to a new provider. They answered questions, were personable, and able to relate with my mom to help her through the process. Big thumbs up to this store, thank you!

This is by far the best store and staff in the area! Stay away from Warsaw or Warrensburg or Sedalia and come here! They treat you right and are honest!!!

12/30/2022 (evening)I brought my Dad into the store to have his phone re-configured because some jackwagon that used to work there did not set it up correctly. SAMANTHA WAS A GODSEND! and set-up my Dad's phone correctly. Thank you so much!!!

Brian the manager was so helpful. We live in the country and he has helped us with internet Hotspot to get us going! He was very nice and we bought the box that we needed for $400 less than what the Warsaw att told us. I will always come here and highly recommend Brian for all your needs.

Bryan is the best person there and staff is great too! So patient with the older customers. I choose to drive here over the Warsaw store! They are just nicer and understanding.
