“I really like this store. The employee's are well knowledgeable and know their stuff. Some prices are a little higher not much, but they seem to always have what you need in-stock. I've replaced several parts with them and their parts have stood up to where I've bought from Autozone and they've not even worked and I've had to wait days before being able to get a refund of my money from them. Only places in town to use is NAPA and O'Reilly Auto parts.”
“We were having auto problems on our way from Topeka down to Springfield. Called ahead and talked with Chipman. When we got to the store, he was extremely helpful and kind. He was able to tell us what was wrong and helped with recommendations on where we could get service. Wish there were more folks like him around!”

“Took my car for an oil change and maintenance as per usual. Everything went well until I got out to my car and it didn't start. I told the tech walking away from another vehicle that it wouldnt start. Someone came out to check what it could have been and turns out it was time for a battery change! I had the car since 2019 and it still had its original battery. Lance, the auto manager there at the time took me in to purchase a battery and put it in. He was super helpful! Wonderful customer service imo, I'll consistently take my car here from now on ?”

“After hitting a deer, my car was taken to Collision leaders in Clinton, where they did my estimate. They were very helpful in explaining all of the damage and how the decision to Total it was made. They also gave me plenty of time to go through my car and get all of my belongings. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with how fast they got the car, did the estimate, and got back to me with the conclusion. I did not end up getting repairs done here because it was a total loss, but I highly recommend this place specifically because of the customer service and the timing.”
