“Was going through town on our way out of town. Decided to get an oil change before hitting the drive to hard. Stopped in here and they had my truck oil change done with full synthetic in minutes. It was a bit weird having them pull the truck in but it was tight with other vehicles so it was understandable.
These guys were quick, respectful, and not too overly priced.”

“These guys were great this morning. Had a drive tire on my semi go flat on me about 15 miles south of this place. Limped the truck to the break time gas station right across the street. Waited a couple of hours for them to open while I had breakfast and watched the sunrise. Called at 8. Was told to come on in. Cleared out the bay for me to pull in. Tire removed and patched and back on the road just over an hour later. Can’t complain about their service and price. $52 for their time to work on a semi tire.”

“After hitting a deer, my car was taken to Collision leaders in Clinton, where they did my estimate. They were very helpful in explaining all of the damage and how the decision to Total it was made. They also gave me plenty of time to go through my car and get all of my belongings. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with how fast they got the car, did the estimate, and got back to me with the conclusion. I did not end up getting repairs done here because it was a total loss, but I highly recommend this place specifically because of the customer service and the timing.”

“My car starter decided to kick the bucket at a small town and had to be towed out, when we were calling around we found Jim Falk, and the moment they picked up the phone and heard our problem they offered assurance of an easy and efficient fix. They were able to get my car fixed and on its way by the afternoon, and with the cleanest workspace I've ever seen at a repair station it's no wonder these guys are efficient. I have nothing with praise since they were also able to take care of me and hook me up with an awesome warranty on a new starter. Well done to the folks at Jim Falk ??”
“Mark is beyond an AMAZING Person!!! My daughter was coming home from College when she called and said she was having car problems and not far from Clinton. I quickly looked through different shops and I picked Mark’s Shop to call. I told him my daughter was having car problems and thought she could make it to Clinton and maybe to his shop. Mark said to send her there and he would take a look . The dealership where she just got an oil change from where she goes to College did not put all the oil in . Mark kept my daughter calm and showed her how to check the oil among other things . Mark fixed the problem and Her car was great !! They completed the job sooner than expected and it is very well done. The staff were very nice and courteous. “Took my car for an oil change and maintenance as per usual. Everything went well until I got out to my car and it didn't start. I told the tech walking away from another vehicle that it wouldnt start. Someone came out to check what it could have been and turns out it was time for a battery change! I had the car since 2019 and it still had its original battery. Lance, the auto manager there at the time took me in to purchase a battery and put it in. He was super helpful! Wonderful customer service imo, I'll consistently take my car here from now on ?”

“These guys are absolute life savers. Had a minor issue with a brake pedal sensor that killed my battery. They were able to squeeze us in even though they were absolutely swamped. Absolutely would bring my car in again.”
