They also gave me plenty of time to go through my car and get all of my belongings. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I did not end up getting repairs done here because it was a total loss, but I highly recommend this place specifically because of the customer service and the timing.”

“My car starter decided to kick the bucket at a small town and had to be towed out, when we were calling around we found Jim Falk, and the moment they picked up the phone and heard our problem they offered assurance of an easy and efficient fix. They were able to get my car fixed and on its way by the afternoon, and with the cleanest workspace I've ever seen at a repair station it's no wonder these guys are efficient.
